The power problem in Nigeria power sector,is that its privatisation has been left redundant.The big hitters like shell,GE etc should be left to not only control the power plants,but to also build infrastructure for distributing generated power-making away with the fed transcos and discos.Selling majority of the NNPC to say shell,total etc would actually help our economy .It would result in its being as effective as NLNG (only God knows what it would have been like if it was fed controlled).
