Mr. Man, it doesn't work that way anywhere in the world. When too much money is in circulation then the supply of money is greater than the demand and the money loses its value.
The government could just go ahead and print out money and distribute, but sure it has economic implications.

You see sometimes, I really wonder if our leaders care for us at all? It will shock you to know that when the clinical trials commences, the government will deceive the poor and vulnerable, especially in the rural centres and use it on them, afterall if they die from complications from the vaccines they die, who will drag with them?
