The only way the botched launch of the non existent Nigeria Air would have succeded under President Buhari was if Goodluck Jonathan's government conceived the idea, developed it's blue print, bought the planes, sign the bilateral agreements with all relevant stakeholders and then left office for buhari to come commission like always.
