The question is: what do u mean by "restructuring"? Do u mean the disintegration of nigeria? Reschuffling of fed/state powers? Opting for regionalism rather that creation of states? Opting for paliamentary govt rather than presidential?? Opting for unicameralism rather than bicameralism??
