Besides, even the abracadabra of the Supreme court is clear to see which is why parties braved the odds to ask the Supreme Court to review its decision. You cannot compare that with clear non-compliance with the Electoral Act.

If APC or any other party did not comply with the extant electoral laws, they should be sued and when proved, judgment awarded against them! Equity cannot be used as a cloak for fraud and he who comes to equity must come with clean hands. You cannot be expecting to stand for elections with other party candidates if you did not comply with the basic laws that confirm and confer eligibility in the first pace. That is lawlessness! Other compliant candidates are not fools so there is nothing like weakness or allowing them (APC & Accord) to contest if they (PDP) are not scared.

When you do the right thing and take the right steps/lay correct foundation, no one will question your eligibility so it is perfectly alright that the courts be asked to determine whether APC & Accord party are in line to contest the elections.
