Since the greatest anti Biafrans are SW people, Biafrans must protest in Lagos to let SW people know that we are not interested in One Nigeria again |

OBAGADAFFI: And are they trying to achieve protesting in the enemy territory.
You people are forgetting the Ore saga.
You can have your Biafra, but don't bring it to the SW it's none of our business. Biafrans have the right to a peaceful protest in Lagos Why To let Nigerians know that we are tired of One Nigeria |
Politics › Re: IPOB Dare Not Protest In Lagos. by BlackTechnology: 7:51pm On Nov 28, 2015 |
EUROBOMBER: I hear that IPOB is planning to stage a massive protest in Lagos. I must say that this is the height of stupidity and tactlessness.
IPOB does not have any rights whatsoever to protest in Lagos. They have protested in the SE, they have protested in parts of the SS and they have even protested in Abuja the seat of power. This is enough already.
Why thinking of bringing this nonsense to Lagos? Why are these people so brainless and wicked?
The Yorubas must reject any IPOB protests in Lagos. The security agencies should deal with them if they ever attempt any protests in Lagos. Why take your agitation to Lagos?
Let me conclude by saying that Lagos is part of Yoruba land and will always remain Yoruba land. Anyone calling Lagos no-man's-land is either plain silly or being mischivious. Those calling Lagos no man's land are just deceiving themselves because no matter how much they say this to themselves, even to the point of believing this crap, it does not change the fact that Lagos belongs to the Yoruba race, simple.
Why are these IPOB people looking for trouble everywhere?
I will never lose objectivity in the name of defending my tribe.
God bless Nigeria. You reason like a baby sometimes. There things you don't involve yourself in if you don't believe in it |

Sealeddeal: Everytime Biafra is mentioned, the Sw and North will come out takling about SS so as to make the SS feel that they are not Biafra. Its all about Oil.why are they always talking about SS? What are their concern? I want to answer them here and now so that if there is something they want to take, they should do that before time run out.Biafra is something that God has already approved. We cannot continue to be in bondage with some cursed people who even refused to change their way but instead keep improving in evil doing. The land call Biafra consist of old Eastern region+part of delta.Biafra is equal to old eastern region+parts of delta and old eastern region+parts of delta is equal to Biafra. Some people may have heard of Republic of Niger delta and are happy that Biafra is finally dividing. The question u will ask urself is,'who are Niger Deltas?' Niger delat clamour is a mere clamour of Ijaw people to give themselves a ground fro negotiation in any eventuality.Actually,Ijaw People do not trust Igbo people+other minorities because they(Ijaw) acted badly during the war and after the war.so,they think they will be sidelined.thats their fear.the U can never hear about Niger delta Republic outside Delta and Bayelsa state.Biafra is old eastern region and its non-negotiable. God bless you Biafra has divine backing since Nigeria has refused being honest to the Igbos As for SS, they are free to remain Nigerians. |

How many times we go tell una sey Biafra no be by force If you don't want to be Biafrans good for you But all Igbo groups in the SS are Biafrans except they reject. size40: As a south-south man and a Rivers state man in particular, I knew when the Igbos were showing GEJ's govt every kind of love and support that they were up to something even when the whole knew that GEJ wasn't doing much. But the Igbos stood by him not because they love GEJ, but because there was an ulterior motive to everything. If not, why didn't the Igbos give late Ojukwu such massive support when he contested under APGA? Instead they chose to support OBJ and d PDP. All d so called love d Igbos claimed to love South-south people and GEJ was just to pacify us towards forgetting the Atrocities they committed again us in d old eastern region. The Igbos love for south-south is like the love monkey has for banana. Everything is all about Oil. Short and simple. My people let's be wise and never play into d hands of those who never meant well to us. TonyeBarcanista: God bless the Good People of Niger-Delta and the entire Nigeria State. For those abusing the Ijaws and other Southern minorities, make una continue o. Please tell your brothers to stop disturbing us You guys are free to remain Nigerians. |

obailala: You were making sense when you started but you lost it and started sounding exactly like the tactless bunch you were criticising. You started off well by criticising them for senselessly attacking the UK, US, the church and the entire Africa, but then you turn around to say you support their senseless attacks and hate preaching against Yorubas and hausas. As long as the foundation of ipob's campaign is built on hate, hate and hate; attack, attack and attack, then the movement is as good as useless noise. You are wrong If Yorubas and Hausas keep opposing Biafra at the same time refuses to treat Igbos well, that hate speech will capture the hearts of many and turning them to determined freedom fighters That guy KANU is not stupid Ikengawo take note |

Ngwaukwu1: There may be a few things that the 'radio Biafra movement', as you call them, may be getting wrong but one thing that can't be taken away from them is that they've been very successful in exciting a renewed interest in Biafra and in recruiting an increasing number of people from all walks of life, both at home and in the diaspora, who otherwise would have remained indifferent or even indignant to the issues of Biafra at this time.
I think that all who believe in Biafra should for now give Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB all the support we can, first because the other options out there are not really that better and also because even with all his imperfections he has been able to achieve a lot more for the cause than any of his co-agitators like Uwazurike or Onwuka did before him. I believe that when Nnamdi Kanu is done or forced to retire, another will pick up the baton. And perhaps from among his new recruits will emerge the right man for the hour.
But while we await the man, let us be mindful of the saying; 'show me a perfect man and I'll show you a liar'. . . God bless you The fact is If Nigeria fails to see Igbos as fellow country men, this nation will collapse. You can't hold back freedom. To me, Nnamdi has being successful so far because he speaks the truth which lots of righteous people fail to say God is permitting KANU because Nigeria is not fair to the Igbos. |

pazienza: Noted. But atleast, let's tone it down with the insults against Britain.
They won't support us, but let's not give them reason to want to stop us.
Britain is not going to help Nigeria like she did in the first Biafran war, her citizens wont agree, the war in Iraq is still sour on their mouth, no British government can get away with the way they handled the first Biafran war, today. Not in this age of internet.
Yes, if we wait long enough, Nigeria is going to collapse on itself, the Zoological republic was built for self destruction and has been on that course for decades now.
But we need to facilitate and fasten this self destruction,we can't achieve this by dissing a the world super powers. IPOB insult shows that they still love Britain Guy Israelis attacked the British with weapons. It was the Israelis that indirectly taught the Arabs how to get things their way through terror. |

Noneroone: Uk will have no choice when this agitation reaches it's peak.
2015 is not 1967. The west including UK have gone a long way in 'marketing' ideas such as democracy, freedom, equality, self determination etc to the world, any attemp to deny Biafra this will be seen by the east and the rest as double standards and hypocrisy.
In an event of was uk might no longer help Nigeria. Our oil is almost becoming usless to them owing to the global fall, they couldnt even provide aid to NA in our counter insurgency campaign. Also illegal weapons suppply is easier now than ever. UK know even if they stick out their neck to help nigeria, any cladestine support of biafra by another power could jeopardice their efforts God bless you. Unknown to Ikengawo You can't cheat a people for long without God rising up to help them once they kick start their uprising. Ikengawo: You're an slowpoke. The radio Biafra movement has attacked the UK, attacked half of the US government (democrats)..the half in power, attacked the catholic church and attacked every group in Nigeria.
Now that Kanu is in prison, the same followers are sending messages on twitter to UK parliamentarians and US senators to 'act', and with the #1 mobilizing force in Igboland (Catholic church) cited as an enemy, where is the strategy? If you like praise UK they won't support Biafra the way they didn't support Israel in the 40s So forget this your ideal Britain is the last country that will seek to see truly independent nations. pazienza: I agree with the OP. The Biafran movement as represented by IPOB, need serious rebranding. Do you know that Britain opposed the establishment of Israel. Even God is against the injustice thrown at Ndigbos. Finally, the greatest delusion you have fallen into is a belief that Biafra is not realisable. You count the struggle in days and months, we count in years and work accordingly. In case you don't know, let me educate you.
45yrs after a civil war that almost wiped out a generation is too soon to regain freedom without force of arms but quite appropriate to sow the seeds in the minds of the generation born after the war.
Biafra cannot come until the generation that fought the war are all dead. But to ensure it is realised, the seeds of awareness of the injustice against the Biafrans by Nigeria has to be planted in the minds and consciousness of the new generation and re-awaken the fervour in them. That way the agitation will be alive until the demise of the old guard, while the biafrans consolidate their bases because one day it will all come to a head!
The descendants of the Nigerians will be so pissed off that they will say pls let them go, they have become a distraction to us! If you were sensitive enough, it is already happening even on nairaland! People are already saying "abeg give them Biafra make person rest joor"
So open your eyes, in Biafraland, we are looking at strategic objectives and not tactical ones as many seem to misconstrue.

AAinEqGuinea: I will look up those cases.
What happens if your neighbors really don't care to antagonize Biafra? Do you still want to arm everyone?
Your army's composition will likely reflect your population. Even the weakest will have a heart of a lion and fights will ensue. Guns won't help these situations. If any practical solution can be entertained, you can have gun houses ran by local police departments in the event that the nation is being overran by foreigners or maybe the person likes to hunt game and needs a gun. carnegiefan: Touche for bolded words... but then that is exactly why we shouldn't introduce a gun culture. There is a very important point that AAinEqGuinea made, and it is that we cannot simply assume that our neighbors will invade us. Nobody wants to invade a country with well trained military. I was watching a documentary on Youtube that stated that Israel trains her pilots for many many more years than any Arab country, and their thinking is quite simple -better training makes better soldiers. Hence one Israeli pilot flying the same plane can down 10 of Arab ones. There is relative peace among countries of the world today, and the reason is that almost every country has a relatively better trained military than in the 40s or 60s. No matter how greedy an invader may be, the invader risks death if invading a country with a well trained and well equipped military. A lot of countries will love to invade and overrun Israel, but they are not doing so for a reason. To me, the peace and serenity that will fuel our innovation will be defeated if we can't move around FREELY, ANY TIME, ANYWHERE in Biafra. A scientist might be in his/her lab for days and work many odd hours. Kanu said that we will build Biafra DAY AND NIGHT for 70 years, LOL. A bitter enemy armed with a handgun can waylay someone in the night. We are peaceful, but we are also human beings. You guys make me laugh thinking that our neighbours love us so much not to invade us Carnegiefan you are even more funny thinking that the presence of well trained troops scares away invasion Do you know that Czechoslovakia had the best arms and army in central Europe yet was attacked by Hitler My fellow comrades The worst mistake we will make is to let our guards down |
Politics › Re: Biafra Will Be Totally Different From Nigeria. Here's How! by BlackTechnology: 8:51pm On Oct 14, 2015 |
AAinEqGuinea: The interpretation of this constitutional amendment is under fierce scrutiny right now and always have been, stemming from the question of whether America has a growing or dead constitution. Gun advocates believe the 2nd amendment protecting gun rights is established, a "dead" issue, and should be left alone. Gun control advocates believe in a living constitution and that their forefathers couldn't possibly have foreseen the future and the constitution must be updated for a modern nation. Gun advocates believe their forefathers already had a perfect society in mind.
My opinion. If the right to bear arms had the pretext of defending yourself against the government, you've already lost this battle a long time ago. The modern government would easily crush you and your gun. Government and military forces have only been made stronger thanks to 9/11 and the War on Terror and events in which the govt's might was domestically tested (Branch Davidians). In practicality, citizens use guns on themselves with the slightest sign of a threat,a similar sad scenario for policing. Non-lethal methods of confronting public and private quarrels and creating order should be encouraged. You are looking at it from the angle of crime without putting into consideration the angle of hostile neighbours I will advice you to study Joseon and Switzerland to understand better why one was an easy prey and the other a feared nation. Life has many perception It is your duty to pick the best perception while not neglecting others ONE QUESTION YOU AND carnegiefan SHOULD ASK YOURSELVES IS BETWEEN CRIME AND INVASION WHICH THREATENS BIAFRA THE MOST.? To me, it is an invasion. Biafrans are naturally non violent people So even with the possession of firearms like Switzerland, we won't experience much gun death. True or False |

Orikinla: Change of government has not improved the lives of majority of Nigerians in Africa's most populous country with the largest economy. With more than 150 days in office, President Muhammadu Buhari of the new ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC) has no cabinet and failed to appoint his ministers by September as he said he would. He only sent his list of ministerial candidates this October after the senate president, Senator Bukola Saraki was accused of falsification of documents in his declaration of assets and other trivial allegations in an attempt to bully him before the screening of the ministerial candidates who have been selected based on their loyalty to the leadership of the APC and not for their competence or expertise. Majority of them have no proven records of administrative excellence and have never demonstrated their capabilities in their previous offices. Almost all the women among them are Muslims from the north like the president. Therefore, there is nothing to cheer about and the struggle continues for the Nigerian masses, because it is still business as usual in Nigeria with the same sour wine in new bottles. Next time do proper investigation before voting Never vote base on tribe and religion. |
