I don’t really understand some schools this days. My baby girl cleared all her subjects with distinction, all As and she was given 3rd position. She has been sobbing uncontrollably since yesterday. Yes, she was promised Christmas gifts and present if she takes first position in class this term.
I think she deserves the 1st position. I want to go to the school on Monday and appeal for result recheck. It can’t be!
I am not taking this o! My baby deserves 1st position with this result.

2: Dangote is set to flood African market with refined petroleum products. Revenue for FG not Tinubu.

3: NNPC to supply next four cargoes in three weeks.

4: Refinery will load 2900 trucks per day.

5: 54 African countries dey import petroleum products from Europe. It means they will import from Nigeria. Una see jobs opportunities now.

Traders at the Ariaria International Market, Aba, Abia state protesting the imposition of 21k on every shop by the leadership of the market.

The "SARS" unit of the @PoliceNG

The Tinubu administration and the Dangote Group made separate promises that the $19.5 billion Dangote Refinery, which is the world's largest single train refinery, will start production this year. Instead of support and praise, many Nigerians were cynical and scoffed that it would not happen. Yesterday, it happened. Is there something mentally and or culturally wrong with us? As a people, we derive an almost insane joy from bad news. Many of us, and this is more region-specific, have a nearly psychopathic negative expectation. We love to spread bad news. Given the choice to believe either good or bad, we prefer to believe bad. Our imagination is constantly imaging negativity. We urgently need a mindset renewal in Nigeria. And to all those who see Nigeria as a zoo, this zoo is about to zoom off and progress! You will wait for Nigeria to fail forever because it will NEVER happen!

The Nigeria Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that the Old Naira notes will remain legal tender of the country till further notice.

Recall that in March 2023, the apex court had extended the deadline to phase out old Naira notes to December 31, 2023.

In addition, the federal government also filed for an extension for the old naira note on November 21, 2023.

In its ruling today, the highest court ruled in Abuja that the notes will remain legal tender and be accepted for transaction until further notice.
