You are right many of them would be found innocent by Israeli law but the army and police know that these radicalized animals are dangerous hence they can't take them to court or release them into the society. This are war times. The law is not sufficient.
But how about the over 8 million Palestinians that are not in jail.
How about the over 40k people from Gaza who came to Israel everyday to work.
It's easy to see that Israel has nothing against the Palestinians it's just trying to keep it's people safe at all cost. If you live in a war zone, you will understand better.
