The Ileke-Idi and Honeric01 show. |
The baby is hers and she is serving time in jail. The baby was a product of rape. |
Lovely. So touched. Btw, it's "quarter" not "quater". |
@ JK, I am surprised. Didn't know there were Igbos that did it the other way round. I am honestly hearing this for the first time. Next time, I will qualify my statement and say its most of the Igbos I know. @ Op, she has given you good advice. Someone has to sacrifice for the other. If your fiance is like the Igbo guys I know, Church could be a deal-breaker. |
You can google it. Use wakanow or go directly to the airlines website. |
The reason all the people you are discussing with disagree with his viewpoint is that they are either non-Igbos or they grew up in Lagos. You need to ask an Igbo person that is in tune with his culture and you will see the shock that you could even consider such. |
U should have done your homework well before agreeing to an "inter-tribal" marriage. For Igbos, traditional is done at the wife's place and the white is done wherever the husband and his family want it. Most Igbo men will rather die than follow the wife to her church for white wedding. I know people who broke off the marriage cos of where to do the white wedding esp when its catholic vs anglican. A family friend agreed to go to the wife's church for the white wedding (she was Yoruba and her family insisted and he really wanted to marry her). His family, including father, mother, brothers etc didn't go to the wedding. As you can see, its quite sensitive. U guys have to decide if its what you want at this stage. You have to respect his culture and explain to your folks why it has to be at his Church. If you guys can't live with that then you have to evaluate the basis of your relationship. Remember, you are marrying into his family and not vice-versa. When other occasions come up, will u still want to hold on to your cultural way of doing things or follow your husband's culture? Food for thought. |
Who said women have to marry men, what happened to Sisters doing it for themselves ehn ![]() Hehehe see superwoman oh where me I dey look for means to run away alone hoping to find my single-pickin-free-life where I left it I am sure this ya calender will come into many use - for counting down until the day they leave home for Uni/marriage ![]() How's your little Bubba's rash by the way.
Lol. mufikings: Exactly they have never had any crash and I wonder why people say they are that bad !!! what is the criteria then ?So u want to wait for them 2 have an accident before u react? Ok o. |
What's the name of ur insurance company? |
Just heard that the Federal govt has withdrawn Dana's operating licence. |
The pastor, while making the prophecy, was said to have explained that the purported crash would have nothing to do with either pilot error or aircraft problem but that of security problem. So, since this crash was aircraft problem, is he saying we should expect another which will be caused by security breach? |
kilokeys: Shuuuu.. I face my own jeje , create topic jeje.. dem force u? Even if u r blank upstairs keep quiet. Why not take ur own advice? |
Who is fighting with u? Seems u smoked dope this morning? Face ur side and let us face our side. Soon u go wan tell us how to carry pikin for 9 months. |
You wanna see your father's face? LMAO. |
The video was so funny. Women always think they can get away with slapping a man. Did you see her girly slap and then the guy's own caught her full in the face. Even a man, would have found that slap very painful. Morale of the story: do not slap if you do not expect to be slapped in return. As you can see, BBA saw her slap him and also disqualified her. Guys and girls, please do not hit yourselves. Fighting is not civil at all. |
And they were given airline of the year 2010. |
This should be interesting. Hope it gets enough views and replies. |
ayobarmy: @dudu, I hav been quite buzy dis days trying to make more money for the family..and for the big man, he is doing very fine and will be coming to meet me in ph this week by God's grace, its just that the weather in lagos this days doesnt seem friendly for him bcuz he has cold and cough lately but he is getting better now........ Pls is it safe to give him septrin syrupI am not a doctor but when i asked my paediatrician that same question he said to never give my baby septrin. That they use it for immuno suppressed babies and that it doesn't even work for cold something something bacteria. (He went technical but that was what i grabbed sha). Bottomline, don't self medicate (also heard that Septrin causes the liver to shrink). |
@ Mavor, read the thread on oppressed by police in Nigeria, you will see that it is mostly those who are walking on the road minding their own business. However, there may be other things that come up. It was the day that i was stramded that i knew that it was not beans at all. @ Post, when i was single, over 60%. Now, its a variable with max at 5%. There has to be a project at hand to save for if not, the money go just dey enter voicemail. |
Tgirl4real: I don't get u Blank... You mean if you conceive on any of those days, you will get the sex they put there?2 kids and counting. ![]() The figures are your age at conception and the months are 12. Just make sure you check that the gender when you use your real age and when you use your Chinese age are the same. Its said to be 80% accurate. Stumbled on it by chance and then purposely used it agan and both have been accurate. Just google it sha. |
I jst went for a house warming 2 weekends ago. The family just returned from the US and they paid N1.2m for a bungalow in Northern Foreshore. I don't have the contacts of their agent but will ask them (when i see them). |
Mavor: This thread makes sense. Maybe you guys can expand it further by giving some money saving tips. Let me start. I only leave the house with N800-N1000 every day. And I leave my ATM behind. I dont own a car and dont plan on gettin one since I intend leaving the country next yr. I get a lift to my work,so basically the money covers lunch and t-fare back. Sometimes I skip lunch. What if u run into an emergency on your way from work and need 2 pay 4 something? E.g, police "arrests" you and demand N5,000 bail on the street or N20,000 if u reach the station? Some other kind of emergency? |
I used the Chinese calender. So far, it has worked for me. Let me wait for the next one and hope it goes my way.
|
3 bedroom for 1.7m in Argungi, WTF? A bungalow in Northern Foreshore is N1.2m. |
Kaodichi or Kodichi. Kambilichukwu |
Finally, he said mamma and kept repeating. Sad part is that he only says it when he wants me 2 carry him. |
Double Post. |
