atiku07: @blank wateverR u still talking? I thought by now yous hould have been man enough to apologise for your error. Where did the original poster mention boko haram? He said suspected militants. As for never being up north, haa,I laugh in boko haram. I was born there and spent my early childhood there. My folks still live there so what is your point? My place of birth on all my official documents is in the North. I heard the story on AIT and the poster reported the story as well but na u dey carry ur fat ar.se dey talk wetin concern u. |
Seems like there is no tv in Sokoto. Make dem they form journalist for bedroom. |
@ Lastpage, How is the drug incident "shoddy preparations"? What part of "missed flight" did you not understand? |
^^^ It has gotten to that stage cos you just chose the man and damned the pet. There are some people that believe that the dog is a part of their family like a child. If the partner rejects the dog, then they kiss the relationship goodbye. Can't understand all the hoopla about dogs. |
atiku07: @op where did u get ur info why una dey lie like dis haba de police HQ is beside my office and nothing like dat abeg waka pass for here joor. ppl just like creating tension every whereIt happened in the night abi na night watchman be your work? |
There is no way. The person either loves pets or they don't. My husband likes dogs and wants to have a pet dog. I told him he can bring the dog o but i will personally poison the dog. We haven't had a dog yet which is just okay with me. Like Maclatunji has said, you either choose the pet or the person. |
Congrats to all our newly born babies and mums. Enjoy this new phase of life. When your baby starts crawling around and you have to be constantly following him around, you will miss this period. @ Post, I have found a cure to the itching. My MIL recommended NeoSkin or is it NeoClear. It’s an anti-inflammatory ointment. I was a bit hesitant when she gave me but I used it for my breasts. I woke up in the morning and realized that I slept very well as in no waking up to scratch. Nobody told me to douse all my itchy areas with the ointment. I only use it in the mornings and after my evening bath. No more itching. God be praised. |
Where did u guys see the "go down" button? I have been begging Seun for it since he started his new Nairaland. He will jus tignore. However, i am yet to see the button. |
Ecobank is also good. |
Diamond, GTbank or First BAnk. Run from UBA if you do not like stress cos that bank will stress you till you grow premature grey hair. |
Thermocool top loader. 30k. No need to install it. Just attach to your source of water or use a bucket to fill it up if water is not regular for you. |
Post this in the travel section, they will help u better. |
beblessed: @ blank,i hope u will nt b dat kind of woman because some women dnt want to see their inlaws around them. They over emphasis the gratitude thing as if thats d way they appreciate God 4 all d good things he has done 4 them. Women can b so horrible. Am a woman and i know how some of us act 2 inlaws!I know what i am saying. I am not saying she acted right, what i mean is that you should stop focusing on the things she did wrong and focus on what she did right. When i was just starting junior secondary, my parents felt i would be too young to live in the dormitory so i stayed with my uncle and his family. I felt that his wife was just too mean to me. I would wash their kids clothes over the weekend, swept the house before i left for school, she would beat me mercilessly if i did something wrong, always shouting at me. These were things i was not used to at home. I hated her then. As i grew up i realised all she did was for my benefit. I washed the 2 youngest kid's clothes cos they were too young to do so themselves and i was the oldest. Her older kids all washed their own clothes. I learnt to tidy the house before i left in the morning and since she was a caterer, learnt how to cook different special dishes. I did not appreciate them then. Now, i am best friends with her. Her kids are like my younger ones. They come and go from my house as they like. I thought about it and considered the good she did in my life and overlooked the bad. She calls me ever so often and we chat like long lost friends. What my epistle is just trying to say is that you should not focus on the bad but look at the good things and be grateful for those things. |
Yomieluv: that was then, now I am big man now,I can even house your entire generation, Άπϑ household.I was ǰU̶̲̥̅̊§τ̲̅ complaining Ђδω wicked she was to me,and behaving opposite to her own siblings, she came begging us all after S̶̲̥̅Ơ̴̴̴̴̴̴͡ many years, mind you.Ok. My opinion still stands for those who are in your shoes. |
@ OP, they have given you accommodation, they feed you, etc and all you can complain about is that they do not give you meat and that she is always reporting you. Why not show gratitude for the one they are doing for you? Is it compulsory for them to take you in? You would have had to go back to your folks that are having accommodation issues. GOing forward, all those little things you do that annoy her, stop doing them. Be more grateful and show your appreciation. Try and stay out of her hair as much as you can during the day and help out as much as possible. You will definitely see a change. |
Is there any other way 2 drive? It keeps me alert and awake. I hate slow drivers hogging the lanes. It makes me so angry so I always insult them and if its a guy, I tell him he drives like a little girl. When u insult them, they insult u back. No ojoro. |
I dey laugh o. When German007 the scammer was scamming everyone left right and center, people kept saying he should be given the benefit of the doubt as he has not run away. Finally, the mods banned him. Did that help recover people's money? No. Anytime i ask how far with the issue, the dealers will shout me down (figuratively speaking). Just so that you are in the know, even so called "honest" dealers can turn around and defraud you whenever it suits their purpose. Yet, you will still see people who will continue to cover up for them. This auto section is riddled with such speed bumps, only the grace of God helps u not to fall in their net. |
They do not need mobile phones at 8/10yrs especially if there is a landline. If they need to make an emergency call and they are out of the house, then they should do so from a pay phone. There are many. By that age, they should have crammed every important number they need. |
Is there any fantasy football for this Euro 2012? ![]() |
My office has a policy. Your maternity leave starts 2 weeks before your EDD (which is advised by the hospital). If you do not take the 2 weeks, then you forfeit it. I have had a cold for the past 4 months without relenting. My nose is always blocked and i am always sneezing. They said it was hay fever, i have never had such allergies before. God dey. |
I know the father. He is not a politician o. Just a bank worker. God, please help us find her. |
Must u stay on the island? You can stay in Surulere or Yaba and be commuting. 2m every year is not beans at all. |
Forget about your mum's issue until the boy's own is settled. Why do u even want to reconcile to someone like that even if the person is your mum? |
Etisalat is perfect for me. Unlimited browsing at 3G speeds. Yeah baby. |
So, what happened? |
They have started spamming my line with their unsolicited text messages. Who applied to them that they are sending me thrash? I called them and gave them a good talking to. Ode scammers oshi. |
At the end of the day, what budget? |
My baby's first words were "No biting" at 8 or 9 months. He has said addy, granma, dog, barney, etc. Not once has he said mummy. Point to daddy, he will immediately point. Point to mummy, he will be looking like it is an alien word. Btw, I am the one that is teaching him all these words. When will he call "mummy" |
Let me also show u some of the stories that they have started peddling. This is from a so called eye witness.
Wonders they say shall never end. This piece of story took place @ my area and i just got to know about it this evening @ about 4:00pm (OLD-NEPA, IJESHATEDO,SURULERE, LAGOS). A christian woman married to a muslim man gave birth to a baby boy last night. The child refused to cry or do anything that should show he is a baby. The mysterious thing to the story is that the baby (weighing abt 4 to 5 kg) came with a book in his folded right hand & that book was a QUARAN yes a QUARAN.The parents were dumbfounded @ 1st and wanted to hide the news but as pple always say you can't hide things forever. The Imams who visited early in the morning around 4:00am were surprised @ what they were seeing cos the child in their presence was folding both hands and was looking @ them (i.e the imams) and everybody behaving like a 10year old. This news has really brought so much JOY to the muslims in my hood even the abokis are not left out in this celebration I just want any journalist out there to come and get a real 1st hand story and possibly a picture so as to confirm this story. I may NOT LIKE islam but i just had to share this story with u guyz. hoho...my phone battery is DEAD. I will reply when my phone is CHARGED. Bye 4 now
Abeg, follow me laugh o. He did not cry, but was acting like a 10yr old. This is the same baby that has not yet opened its eyes. |
