Buy turmeric powder.
Buy coconut oil .
Buy a soft toothbrush
Get a concentrated fluoride toothpaste
Mix them all and apply to your toothbrush . And don’t rinse your mouth immediately after use but you can drink some water after some minutes.

I think my perspective is fine. I support Peter Obi but I'm not a public figure whose opinion can be used against me if anything doesn't go as we imagine.

As a prominent figure, I'd be wary about taking sides on something like this sha. Truth Is that no matter who wins, all sides can never be satisfied because the problems on ground are just too numerous. If Peter Obi wins and things don't magically change for the better as some people are imagining, making a public stand like this can come back to bite him in the ass. Coupled with the fact he's a spiritual head who some followers see as infallible.

You're also going to need at least some fresh peppers, some crayfish, and one sachet of curry powder (it gives a nice aroma and colour to rice).

Process:

• Start by washing your rice and setting aside.
• Chop up the onions (slice up a good amount of onions for taste) and fresh peppers.
• Remove dirt from the crayfish, rinse and set aside.
• Put your clean pot on the fire, add in your preferred oil (I suggest veg oil).

N.B. Make sure your fire is not too high.

• When the oil is quite hot, add in the chopped onions, stir and let fry for some few minutes, then add in the chopped fresh peppers, stir, add in the crayfish, curry powder and seasoning (maggi), stir, then add in the washed rice, stir, then add in water just a little above the level of the rice.
• Add salt to taste, stir very well to make sure the crayfish comes above, so that they don't burn beneath.
• Cover and allow to cook.
• When the water is almost totally dried up, taste the rice to know if it's cooked up to how you like it.
• Add water if need be, otherwise, it's ready. 🙂
