Now use over 25k to buy provisions like half bag of rice, garri, tomatoes, etc, and use the rest for transport
some of those provisions will last you about three months, now use the remaining for transport and other misc activitiy.
you can save mayb #20bucks? on the second month? then on the third month try to replenish your provisions again. and keep going like that.

There's actually no difference between the 2 apart from the fact that one was opened with Nigerian address and the other was opened with an American Address. All Non hosted must be pin verified before you can start withdrawing your earnings. You get qualified for Pin verification when you hit $10 threshold. If after 3 months you apply for pin verification and you still haven't received your pin,Google will suspend your Adsense Account until it's pin verified.
