YOU CAN'T BE HIDDEN

“And he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him...”
(2 Kings 6: 13)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

In our Focal Scripture, the king of Syria sent his men to fetch Elisha. The word ‘fetch’ as used in that scripture comes from the Hebrew word ‘laqach’; one meaning of ‘laqach’ is to in-fold. To fold something inwards is to wrap it up so that no one sees the details. So the king of Syria sought to take Elisha out of the limelight and plunge him into obscurity.

In the end, he was unable to fetch Elisha; he was unable to fold up Elisha’s ministry as a prophet; he was unable to stop Elisha from remaining in the limelight; his mission to take Elisha into obscurity and out of prominence failed woefully; he wanted to hide Elisha but he couldn’t

Friend, hear God’s prophetic word: no man can fold up your destiny; no man shall take the shine off your life; no man shall take you out of the limelight and into obscurity; no man can stop people from accessing your services; no man can hide your star; no circumstance will reduce your life from the place of shining to the place of hiding; no man can take you out of your God given position and location; no man can wrap up your life.

Elisha was a prophet, he was an embodiment of God’s word, he was a speaker of God’s word, and no man, not even the king of Syria could fold up his ministry. If you are a person of the Word, no man will be able to fold up your life, and no man can successfully take you off the stage.

There are men hanging around, waiting for a chance to fetch you and fold up your destiny. Hold on to God, fill yourself with God’s word, and God will make your destiny out of bounds to those who want to wrap you up.

Prayer : Lord, I believe Your word; no man can fold up my destiny, in Jesus’ name. Amen

DON'T BE DILUTED

In our Focal Scripture, the king of Syria sent his men to fetch Elisha. The word ‘fetch’ as used in that scripture is derived from the Hebrew word ‘laqach’; another meaning of ‘laqach’ is 'to mingle'. The strategy of the king of Syria was to mingle with Elisha. To mingle with something is to mix or dilute it with something else; so the king of Syria sought to dilute Elisha.

The strategy of the enemy is to dilute our destinies until we can no longer be who God wants us to be. The enemy may not want you to abandon your walk with God, but he wants you to mix it with sin and unrighteousness. He wants to dilute your depth, spirituality, passion, dedication, commitment, devotion, consistency, etc. The enemy wants to dilute your destiny.

Friend, refuse to be mixed or diluted by the enemy. Don't reduce your prayer life and commitment to God; don’t allow your relationship with God exist side by side with a lifestyle of sin; don’t allow your passion for God to wane and die slowly; don’t allow your depth and convictions to be weakened by the enemy.

The king of Syria was an enemy, and fetching Elisha was part of a plan to reduce and destroy Elisha. The enemy may not always come directly to destroy you; but when he gradually dilutes you, his bigger plan is to destroy you. The enemy may want to stop you from praying while allowing you to still read the bible, but the ultimate aim is to destroy you.

Ask God to help you discern and avoid being diluted by the enemy; ask God to help you to remain steadfast and committed to your faith despite what happens around you; ask God to give you grace to remain concentrated and never diluted.

Prayer : Lord, I refuse to be diluted by the enemy, in Jesus’ name! Amen

GOD'S WORD

In our Focal Scripture, the king of Syria disclosed his plan to fetch Elisha. The word ‘fetch’ as used in that scripture comes from a Hebrew word ‘laqach’. One of the meanings of ‘laqach’ is ‘TO USE’. God was using Elisha against Syria and now the King of Syria wanted to "FETCH"(Use) Elisha

What God was interested in, the enemy was also interested in it. Who God was using, the devil also wanted to use. The Purpose of God was coming at cross-purposes with the Purpose of the enemy. What God wanted, the enemy also wanted. We ultimately know that the enemy wanted to 'use' Elisha in order to destroy his destiny completely.

Friend, God’s word is against every plan of the devil against your life. Any desire of the enemy or any mortal man against the desire of God for your life cannot stand. Any plan of the wicked against the program of God for your life will never see the light of the day.

God is interested in using you for His Glory; no sin, no spirit or lies of the devil will use you adversely. You were created for Jehovah's usage. You are a vessel of honour and your destiny cannot be used to serve a demeaning and weak Purpose.

Any 'King of Syria' that wants to obstruct, short-circuit, truncate or circumvent the plan of God for your life will not stand. Their schemes, machinations, divinations and enchantments will amount to nothing.

Revelation 4 vs 11 sums it up: “Worthy are You, our Lord and God to receive the glory and the honor and dominion, for you created all things; by Your Will they were brought into being and were created”.

Prayer : Lord, I was created by Your Will and for your USE, no other negative use is permitted in my life in Jesus name".

Immediately the seven flags of covenant was placed on the alter a woman fell under anointing as God was working on her ,delivering and restoring what need to be restore ..

Another woman was also attended to that has lived 30years before she was born to this earth ,she was the daughter of Queen of the coast ,that she will not let go because she is her daughter and have a mission to carry out on men on this earth for her ,immediately she was given the grace to do her confession and misery surrounding her birth ...the servant of God called the queen of the coast out for the woman to be delivered ..when she came she was with the woman properties ,her glory ,crown ,and devine connection, The servant of God commanded the queen of the coast to release all that belong to the woman ,she has no choice but to returns every thing that belongs to the woman because she has renounce and made confessions And God restore her glory ,crown and devine connection to her ...Praise The Lord

Another woman that God attended to again ,that had a dream that she was getting married ,putting on wedding gown but she didn't see the man she was married to ,but a pastor came and say dey can't get married that was how she got up..when the evil creature responsible for her dream was called he the spirit husband that want to wed her by fire by force ,that she must give birth for him and was holding wedding ring in his hand...And anytime the woman come to tabernacle when she return home the spirit husband will give her cold and fever so that she won't come back again to be delivered,,by God grace after the renunciation ,The God of Elisha will deliver her IJN

Another woman that was also attended to that was having affliction in the womb ,it was also the spirit husband that came that the mother gave her to him to marry but later his own parent did something that didn't allow them to marry ,but he is angry with her ...the affliction was done by her friend that was jealous of her and have to afflict the womb ,she has been carrying it for a very long time until she was invited to cct were the God of Elisha open her case file ,once renunciation is done God will deliver her completely and restore what need to be restore in her womb...Praise Master Jesus

EXTERNAL CHALLENGES

“And he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.” (2 Kings 6: 13)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

Elisha had no direct squabble with the king of Syria. He only gave divine information to the king of Israel, and saved him from danger. So when the king of Syria came against Elisha, he came from outside Dothan; he was an external challenge; he was a trouble that came from nowhere to look for Elisha.

When the armies of Syria surrounded Dothan, the host of heaven also surrounded Elisha. The external challenge from the king of Syria provoked the armies of heaven to arise on Elisha’s behalf. Elisha’s external challenge revealed a new dimension of God.

Friend, when external challenges come to you for no just cause, God will cause a revelation of His power upon your life in a manner you have never seen before. When challenges come looking for you when indeed you have done nothing wrong, God Himself will show your haters a new thing that will humble them forever. When adversaries spread wicked gossip against you, set traps for you, and gather against you to pull you down, do not fear; God will give them a surprise that they never bargained for.

Those challenges you did not invite will push God into action and cause Him to reveal a new dimension of Himself on your career, business, ministry, academics, finances, etc. It may have come to you from nowhere, but it will show what stuff your God is made of.

Don’t go out of your way to invite challenges upon yourself; but when they come to you without your invitation, be sure of one thing: Jehovah is involved, and He is ever ready to reveal a new dimension of Himself on your behalf.

Prayer : Lord, may every uninvited challenge against me reveal a new dimension of You on my life, in Jesus’ name!Amen

The sixth flag out of the seven flags represent the chariot of Fire ,and as the man of God was explaining about the chariot of fire that for u to get the fire and let it remain u have to work for it ,that is u go out and win soul and that the seed should abide in the house of the lord ...Winning soul for God ,having good character as a Christian any were u find urself and living a righteous life .

Yesterday service the 20th of August 2015 started with the servant of God talking about the seven flags of covenant and God promise in the tabernacle the same way it happen in redeem came during the 63rd convention that just ended some weeks ago ..
That he will duplicate the wonders of the holy spirit and do great and mighty things in the tabernacle once the seven flags is done on the alter the same way is being done on the alter of redeem camp, Thank u Jesus .

INTERNAL CHALLENGES

“...And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.”
(2 Kings 6: 13)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

Our Focal Scripture makes mention of Dothan. Dothan was the city where Joseph was sold into slavery (see Genesis 37 vs. 17-27). Dothan was where Joseph began the journey that led him to Pharaoh's palace. Dothan was where Joseph began a journey that eventually led to his promotion.

Joseph was sold into slavery because he had personal issues with his siblings. He had issues that arose from within, he had an internal challenge, and that internal challenge later led to his promotion. His internal challenge may have been too shameful to discuss, but it later pushed him into royalty in Pharaoh’s palace.

Friend, are you facing internal challenges that you can’t discuss with anyone? Hear God’s prophetic word: your internal challenges will lead to your promotion; your personal challenges will take you to higher levels and greater results. The personal challenges in your marriage, career, business, ministry, finances, etc may be too shameful to discuss, but God says, after the challenges, your promotion is next.

No personal challenge will reduce or extinguish your destiny. If Jehovah is involved, your personal challenges are raw materials for God to take you higher. When it seems the heat is on you, and when it seems you are facing challenges from within, get ready; after the challenges, you will smile.

Challenges may arise from familiar quarters as in Joseph's case, but God says, the promotion that will come afterwards will confuse and completely silence the challenges.

1 Peter 5 vs. 10 says: “But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.”

Prayer: Lord, my internal challenges will lead to my promotion, in Jesus’ name. Amen
