IT WILL WORK FOR YOU “And he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.” (2 Kings 6: 13) That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today. When the king of Syria sent his soldiers to go and fetch Elisha, Elisha was in the city of Dothan. Dothan was the city where Joseph was thrown into a pit and later sold into slavery (see Genesis 37 vs. 17-27). The events in Dothan worked against Joseph. In the same Dothan where Joseph was thrown into the pit and later sold into slavery, Elisha lived in peace and was not captured by the king of Syria. The location that subdued Joseph was the same location where Elisha was in charge. The location that worked against Joseph worked for Elisha. Friend, hear God’s prophetic word: your location will work for you. Your location will not swallow your destiny; your location will not cut short your progress; your location will not limit you or work against you; your location will not bury your potentials; your location will not become your albatross; your location will not be the platform for your downfall. God says, everything that happens in your location will work for your good; policies will work for your good; decisions taken in your place of work, location, city, nation, etc will work in your favour. You won’t be a victim of another man’s decisions or plans; everything that happens in your location will add value to your destiny. Your location may have worked against the ‘Joseph’s of this world; but your destiny is different; it may have worked against others, but it will work for you. Even if your location has a history of working against everybody that comes into it, your story shall be different. Speak to your location and command it to work for your good. NO MORE NEGATIVE HISTORY “And he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him. Dothan was the city where Joseph, son of Jacob (Israel) was thrown into the pit and was later sold into slavery (see Genesis 37 vs. 17-27). It was the place where Elisha's ancestor was sold into the hands of strangers. The king of Syria sought to repeat the same evil that happened to Joseph. He sought to repeat the negative history that Dothan was known for. He sent troops against Elisha, but in the end, Elisha wasn’t taken away. He came to repeat a negative history, but that history didn’t happen again. Friend, hear God’s prophetic word: the negative history of the past will not happen again. The pains, trepidation, disgrace and shame of the past will not happen again; the misfortunes that came to you in time past will not come again; the losses and afflictions of the past will not happen again. It happened to Joseph, but it didn’t happen to Elisha. It may happen to people ahead of you, but God says, negativity won’t come to you. You will succeed where others failed. Others may be disappointed, but you won't be disappointed. Negative histories may come to others, but not you. Stop living in the fear of negative histories and patterns; your destiny is not the same as the destinies of those who suffered negativity; your case is different; it will not happen again. Nahum 1 vs. 9 sums it up: “What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.” Prayer : Lord, no negative history will repeat in my life, in Jesus’ name!Amen Enjoy A Blissful Tuesday. |

The king of Israel repeatedly escaped the ambush of the king of Syria, because he was always tipped off by Prophet Elisha. Elisha was the source of information that saved the king of Israel; Elisha was the source of his victories; Elisha was the source. When the king of Syria discovered that Elisha was the source of information and victory for the king of Israel, he sent his men to fetch Elisha; he moved against the source that gave victory to the king of Israel. The enemy sought to destroy the ‘source’ of the king of Israel. In the end, the king of Syria was not able to capture Elisha. He was not able to cut off the supply that made the king of Israel relevant and safe. He was an enemy, but he could not tamper with the source that gave the king of Israel continuous victory. Friend, hear God’s prophetic word: every attack against your source shall come to nothing. Every attack of the enemy against your source of income and livelihood will crumble like a pack of cards. Every attempt of the enemy to disconnect you from the sources of help that support your success will come to nothing. Every plan of the enemy to destroy the people who are assisting you in life will be annulled. Your source won’t be tampered with. God says, your source is intact and beyond the reach of the enemy; the enemy may want to tamper with, or completely destroy your source, but if Jehovah is involved, no harm shall come to your source. Guard your source with prayers and spiritual warfare. Every attack on your source is part of a bigger plan to pull you down. Ask God to shield your source. ESTABLISHED IN DOMINION “And the man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the Syrians are come down.” (2 Kings 6: 9) That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today. In our Focal Scripture, Prophet Elisha warned the king of Israel against the ambush planned by the king of Syria. In conventional battles, two opposing armies came against each other; but the king of Syria planned an ambush to take the king of Israel by surprise. He planned an unconventional battle. Despite changing the mode of battle, he was not able to defeat the king of Israel. The battle changed but it made no difference- the king of Israel was still in dominion. The battle was not conventional, but regardless of the change, the king of Israel was unscathed. Friend, hear God’s prophetic word: the battles of life may change but your dominion is assured. The plans of the enemy against you may become more complicated and sophisticated, but God says, you will not go down; because Jehovah is involved in your life, the height of the enemy’s plans will not tamper with the depth of your dominion and royalty in Christ Jesus. The king of Israel was under the prophetic cover of Prophet Elisha, and that gave him the advantage of escaping the enemy's plans. When you are under the cover of the King of Kings, you will always have dominion irrespective of what changes around you. The economy may change, the political arena may change, leadership may change, everything may change, but you will still be in dominion if Jehovah is involved in your life. If you have no relationship with God, you might be at the mercy of changes that happen around you. Deepen your relationship with God, deepen your passion, dedication and commitment to God, and you will remain in charge no matter what changes. When the king of Syria plotted against Israel, he planned an ambush. He found a location where he hoped to trap and capture the king and army of Israel. He made plans, he strategized, he made his calculations as a king and a warrior, he developed a strategy that should help him win. After the king of Syria made his plans, God revealed the plans to Elisha, who then warned the king of Israel to avoid the place of the ambush. God gave the king of Israel a strategy that helped him evade the ambush of the king of Syria. God gave the king of Israel a superior strategy that messed up the strategies of the king of Syria. Friend, hear God’s prophetic word: God will grant you superior strategies that will help you win. God will give you strategies that will confuse your adversaries; God will give you strategies that will enable you to escape the traps of the enemy; God will give you strategies that will help you to stay at the top, ahead of your contemporaries and rivals. God will give you strategies that will cause you to outclass your competitors and outsmart your saboteurs. God will grant you uncommon ideas that will put your competitors out of business; God will give you revelations that will help you to achieve the same things that others are struggling to achieve. If you don’t approach your business, career, ministry, vocation, etc with new thinking and superior strategies, you will become a victim of someone else’s strategy. Ask God for divine strategies that will put you ahead of the enemies of your destiny; ask God for divine strategies and revelations that will distinguish you. THE ENEMY'S PATH “And the man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the Syrians are come down.” (2 Kings 2: 9) That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today. When the king of Syria came against Israel, Elisha sent a message to the king of Israel, warning him to avoid walking through places where enemies were encamped. He warned the king of Israel to avoid the enemy's path. The plan of the king of Syria was for the king and troops of Israel to take his route, and if they did, a huge massacre was waiting for them. Walking through the path of the enemy was a journey that was poised to end in death and destruction. Friend, hear God’s warning: don’t walk through the path of the enemy; don’t walk into the devil’s camp. The devil’s camp is the camp of sin, wickedness, unrighteousness, immorality, sexual impurity, etc. The devil thrives in anything that is contrary to God’s expectations from you. When you walk the path of sin, you are straying into the destructive arms of the enemy. When you make sin and unrighteousness your lifestyle, you are within the range where the enemy can truncate your destiny with ease. Every affinity for the enemy’s path is a highway to extinction; if you stray into iniquity, you are laying the foundation for your downfall and destruction. If you walk through the enemy's camp, you will be massacred; in the enemy's path, you may walk in but you may not come out. You may start the journey of sin, but you may not come out of the negative consequences. Stay away from anything that represents the path of the enemy; don’t go through the enemy's route. Another case file of another woman that was attended to also ,she was the daughter of the queen of the coast .her sister died some years ago waiting for her to carry out her own mission and return back to them ,but she refuse to carry out the assignment given to her on earth ,like sleeping with men to bring their glory .she was 30years old in the kingdom before she was born to this earth to her earthly parents ... The queen of the coast was summon to the tabernacle and the devil was also called for questioning concerning the woman case and some other people case ,until the woman do renunciation and confession so she can be set free.....Thank U Lord Another guy that God open his case file last week concerning his step mother that was angry with the boy and his family because the guy mother married her husband ,had a revelation of how he was in d mist of white people walking with them and he ask one for job but the woman turns to a witch and how he saw a fake version of himself coming out of him ...in another place he saw animal ,he saw fish also but after killing them he woke up ...God that has deliver this guy in the dream will complete what he has started the the life of this guy after doing renunciation this month.....Thank u Lord Another woman that the case file concerning her children was also open today and the uncle ,that's the father senior brother was the one sitting on the destiny of the children ,he use the glory ,gift of the children to design his body ...he said the father of the children will not enjoy the fruit of his labor as far as he is alive ,that their father offend him so because of that he will deal with the children ... The mother was crying ,the son was crying ,everybody that was touch with the story was crying today because the story was so pathetic and touchy . The uncle said until the father come and beg him before he will forgive the children,that almost all the children are not suppose to be in nigeria because of their glory and destiny instead the uncle use their glory to design his body .....God have mercy and deliver them from their wicked uncle |

Holy Ghost Do It Again ,do it again in this place ,like in the days after pentecost, shadow of peter was healing the sick .....wow God I thank u ,Father I thank U,For what u did in the mist of ur children today. Using the shadow of ur servant to heal and deliver people (Act 5v14-16) God I thank u ... So many testimonies ,so many Case files were open ,So many people falling under anoining ,God I Thank u . Today service was awesome with so many healing ,deliverance and testimonies happening in cct today ,Today the servant of God appear in the mist of the people and God was using his shadow to restore people ,Let me share some of the things that happened today ... A woman that God visits last month during the deliverance section came to testify of what God did for her and how God save her from fire ,but after the testimony another case file concerning her daughter was opened and the demon in charge of her case was called and what she said shock many people in the tabernacle ,the demon said she was on her own when the mother came with the daughter to seek for help (solution ground ) and the said after the girl took her bath she wash her shadow and the demon wear the shadow of the girl ,because of that the girl was very sick ,seeing dog chasing her in the dream and seeing blood ...Glory to God she was attended to ,today as Jesus came to release her shadow from the demon ,her glory ,blessings and evrything belonging to the girl was also released ....Thank U Jesus 1 Like |

In our Focal Scripture, Elisha warned the king of Israel to avoid the ambush Syrians. Elisha’s counsel altered the movement and plans of the king of Israel and kept him away from harm. Each time the king of Israel escaped the ambush, the King of Syria was puzzled as to how his ambush failed. So Elisha’s counsel altered the movement of the king of Israel in a way that dumbfounded and confused the King of Syria. The alteration of the movement of the king of Israel made him a wonder to his enemies. Friend, God will alter your plans to make you a wonder to your generation. God will alter your plans and movements to make you escape the wicked thoughts and plans of haters. God will alter your plans to give you more progress than you planned or imagined. God will alter your plans to give you a future that will amaze your generation. God may alter some of your plans to save you from shame and disgrace. God may send you to directions and destinations you didn’t plan for, to give you amazing testimonies. When God alters your plans, your enemies will look for you where they expect you to be, but they won’t find you there. They will estimate what you can become within a given time, but their estimations will fail. If truly you have a relationship with God, you are more than what people see on the surface, and you can't be predicted. When Jehovah is involved, expect Him to alter your plans and make you a wonder. THE BATTLES MUST END “Then the king of Syria warred against Israel...” (2 Kings 6:  That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today. Our Focal Scripture reveals that the king of Syria warred against Israel. The word ‘warred’ as used in that scripture is derived from a Hebrew word ‘lacham’, which means ‘to feed on’. So, the warfare of the king of Syria against Israel was like food to him; he did not defeat them, but the warfare gratified him. He was happy that Israel was fighting. One strategy of the enemy is to ensure that you are in continuous warfare in all spheres of your life. He wants you to fight continuously in your health, finances, career, family, marriage, etc. Sometimes, you may even win your battles, but the enemy gets entertained by watching you fight and get drained of all your strength. Friend, God says, every battle in your life that is giving the enemy pleasure must end. Every arrangement the enemy has made to keep you in perpetual battle will scatter by the power of God. Every battle the enemy has stirred up to reduce your finances shall end now; every battle the enemy has stirred up to weaken you, reduce your health, destroy your marriage and family, etc shall scatter by the fire of God. When the enemy stirs up battles, you may eventually win, but you may have suffered losses and damage, and you may have to live the rest of your life with scars from needless battles. You may have enough money to deal with the challenges the enemy throws at you, but if the battles remain, your finances may be reduced to zero. Some battles are just there to weaken you and reduce your destiny to zero. Not every battle is worth fighting; not every battle will strengthen, sharpen or distinguish you; speak against every satanic battle and command it to end now.
