Good day, could you please advise how you resolved this? I urgently need help on how to appeal this

toysoldier13:
Hello, I got denied for no 10. Can anybody walk me through the appeal process and the documents I might need to resubmit? I'm applying through the master's degree program. Any information at all would be highly appreciated. Thanks
TravelRe: General German Work And Family Re-union Visa Enquiries by blessingayokunl: 4:45pm On Sep 20, 2022
No, it wasn't requested.
MrAnonymous:
Hello, do you know if she was asked for a coivd19 vaccination card? or test result at any point in the process? or on entry to Germany?
I can't even find a hospital that has the vaccine currently, and it's frustrating. :/
TravelRe: General German Work And Family Re-union Visa Enquiries by blessingayokunl: 4:43pm On Sep 20, 2022
Thank you. The documents requested were "Declaration of Change of name" and "New age declaration without refering to family diary entry".
jbonito:
Congrats man. If you don’t mind me asking, what sort of documents were requested after verification was completed? New documents or something missing from the interview checklist?
Thanks

Hello guys, how long does it normally take to get ''verification completed'' email after lawyer's visit? My wife did her interview in November 2021, was contacted by Ausländerbehörde to submit documents also in November. Lawyer came for verification in March this year but we haven't gotten a feedback since then.
TravelRe: General German Work And Family Re-union Visa Enquiries by blessingayokunl: 11:01am On Apr 03, 2022
Hello guys, in preparation of my wife's arrival, I have already included her in my family health insurance here in Germany. Will the health insurance certificate issued here be accepted as the travel insurance that will be requested when she finally gets her visa approval mail or will I have to do another travel insurance in Nigeria ?
TravelRe: General German Work And Family Re-union Visa Enquiries by blessingayokunl: 10:17am On Mar 25, 2022
heybaby12:
Hi all,
I don't think there is any particular way for this procedure but I noticed most people here hear from their foreign offices after lawyers verification.

But in my case I got Approval from my foreign office then the next week the lawyer goes for verification,

I would like to know if it was so for any one.
As in Auslandsamt verification before lawyers.
It was the same case for my wife.
TravelRe: General German Work And Family Re-union Visa Enquiries by blessingayokunl: 3:31pm On Mar 23, 2022
Hello guys, my wife did her interview in November 2021 and I was contacted within three days by the auslanderbehörde in my city to submit my documents which I did. Since then, we have not heard anything from the embassy or any call from a lawyer with regards to verification appointment. I called my ABH and they informed me that they are waiting for approval from Nigeria and will approve once the verification is completed in Nigeria. I have sent several emails to the embassy in Nigeria to tell them that no one have called to make an appointment for verification exercise in Nigeria. Those emails were ignored. Does it usually take this long before the lawyer calls to make appointment for verification ? Does anyone knows if their is a way to fast-track the process for spouse of German citizens?

@Keinbock, While it is true that you do not owe him any explanation, I think it is important to give accurate information since you've decided to share your experience to 'motivate' others. According to German Naturalisation act, Section 9, Paragraph 1, you can only get your Citizenship in THREE years ONLY if you got married to a German Citizen, otherwise the other earliest period you would have gotten it would be 6 years which will still be on Special grounds ( Which means the fact that your husband is German already gave you about 90% chance in your case).. The only other conditions you had to fulfill to get it according to Section 10 of the Naturalisation law is do have German B1 Language proficiency, pass naturalisation test, have living space (which your husband already provided to even bring you in the first place), means of sustenance is guaranteed without recourse to Public funds ( this means you're working or you have a source to provide your needs (your husband again)). While having your German C2 and University Certificates are great achievements, it didn't have any effect on the duration of acquiring your Citizenship in your case. You would still get it in 3 years even if you did not have secondary school certificate. Please don't underplay the effect he had on your citizenship acquisition timeline. If he is not white, he must gone through a lot (many of which he didn't tell you to even settle down properly here). Please give him the kudos he deserves.

German Naturalisation Act can be found here https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/englisch_stag/englisch_stag.html
Keinbock:
First of all, I do NOT owe you any further explanation, but for the benefit of the others, who might not know, that they can achieve the same, even under 3 years, here's how I did it:

1. My spouse is a German citizen ( this will give you like 40% chance of getting the citizenship. It will make you qualify after 3 years or even after 2yrs and 6 months. but that's it.

2. Learn German at least to B2 level. I learnt German till the C2 level.

3. Send your university certificates to Bonn to be certified.

4. Get a job. The requirement is to have a job that pays a minimum of 1490 after taxes.

5. Make sure you've been gainfully employed for more than a year.

I might not be available all the time for questions, but I'll check in from time to time.

Hi guys ,
Thanks to all that congratulated me yesterday on my visa approval. My guy @ kelvinpam, I see you...we are entering Siegen together this winter by the special grace of God.
Must I travel on the day I put in my health insurance as travelling date cos my lecture starts on October 19 and I had already enrolled so no need to rush...i still want to see my beautiful wife face for the mean time before I travel (lols)
I am also a little confused about which airline to book from considering safety and cost
I know Royal Air Maroc is the cheapest but I don't know while so many people are not interested in flying with it....is it not safe? How good is the quality of their service?
Which is the best option among Etihad($568.80),Qatar Airways(562.95),Emirates (596.70),Turkish Airline($612)
While are so many people booking Turkish despite the fact that it is on the high price side?I will appreciate a timely response from you guys as I head to IGI for my health insurance
A Proposal of Learning german with a partner.

The idea that I may go to a land where I don't understand their language brings unfathomable worries to me.

I have gone through the dropbox list and I can classify the materials for someone that may at least understand vowels and pronouns already.

But for a newbie, it can be a little daunting. Though I am considering goethe institute, I know I do better studying alone and at my pace.

I am writing this to throw out a proposal. I am proposing for a partner that is ready to learn this language as much as I want. But there is a little condition attached.

The partner should be male because I am male as well. This is to prevent any form of distraction.

The partner must have no idea about german, because we are both going to grade ourselves after every month.

We will give each other specific task to cover like videos to watch or books to read for a specific period (usually for a week).

After the task completion, we will evaluate ourselves at the end of a week, this will be done via phone call of 1-2 hours(Likely night calls). We will both ask each other questions from memory (no material) and even greet each other in german.

At the end of the third week, our conversation would be 40% german, we say things in english if we can't get or remember the german wordings. If the other person know the word, then correction is noted.

Importantly, If at the end of the month, no tangible progress. We bid each other bye.

If the first month is successful, we will send each other email everyday to improve our writing skills. The email should be without guide, purely from memory. We can also call each other anytime of the day, but it most be in german.

The partner should be aiming for B1/B2 Certification. This is to increase our seriousness more, cos an A1 aim would not get us there.

Our target should be 3 months (Usual time to grasp a language about 70% upward from research)

At the end of the second month, we will recommend novels to each other that most be finished. When we talk after the conclusion of the novel, either of us can summarize.

At the third month, we can relax with german movies (I know where to download such).. We should communicate more in this our new found love.

Below is part of the materials we will use

* https://www.dropbox.com/sh/wvonzltnsgemqoa/AACw2cvDsA5rMXjJaFqoFntTa?dl=0

*
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZAWygYoN30 ( They are about 22 videos; but to save your data, I advice you download it using clipconverter.) I downloaded the first one and it is just 10mb for 6 minutes vid length. ---Likely start with this first

If you are really motivated and buy this idea, send me a PM. I am on the mark already just waiting for a fellow iron so we sharpen each other as we progress.

Danke!

Form A is used to pay for any official bills abroad ..,so far you have documents backing it up..e.g school fees, hospital bills, accommodations.

The Form A is a kind of regulatory parameter from CBN.

Traditionally the money is meant to be paid directly to the official account of the receiving party(school, hospital or hotels).

We are having issues with many banks because we are paying directly to our personal accounts abroad and that we shall still have access to the money eventually when we get abroad.

So most of the banks are not familiar with paying into personal accounts.

Few of the banks has flexible policy/think outside the box and with all the necessary documents they do process the Form A for us.......

These are my personal conclusions from critical analysis of banks within Ibadan metropolis.

NB
German class will soon be commencing at the Department of Foreign Languages, University of Ibadan...let's relate if you are interested[ Pls am interested, when will it be commencing. My email is blessingayokunle@gmail.com

Hi guys, thanks so much for all d information so far.I just got admitted into a german school and I am already informed that I need a blocked account before I can get a german visa.My parent are not that rich but they are willing to borrow so that I can travel. My question now is that is their any guarantee that I will get a job once I arrive in germany probably two months after my arrival so that I can send back the funds my parent borrowed during the opening of a blocked account so that I might not neccesarily spend much out of the fund in my blocked account so I can send the money back as soon as possible.I got admitted in University of siegen in North Rhine westaphalia
