You are going through depression. I pray you come out of it . Sometimes crying is soothing it’s a good way of releasing so much emotions you have bottled inside. Take yourself out- could be a stroll, get ice cream or pizza , go to the beach or get a bottle of coke or any drink Ollie and think about the brighter side of life .
