Work won't permit him to come to me so K1 is not for us. Pls is there any way I can join him there? Pls you candid advice.

I want to thank you for this thread. Pls I need your candid advice, I met finance online, we have never met before and this is about two years now. Now the main issues we are trying to be together.i have invited him over which he is trying to procure is visa to Nigeria so we could go to the registration at ikoyi to tighten the knot, so by the time he goes back he can file for me. he will have to first petitioned for you over there in the US and after the petition has been approve, he will be notified by mail after which you will apply for your visa. You will fill the normal non- immigrant visa form DS-160 and provide additional documents. However, you must plan to get married over there within 90 days.
