After successfully completing the payment online, i received this issue "place of birth doesn't match with payment" asking me to reupload the birth cert.

I have attached screenshot below for reference. Please what should I do.

PS. Her place of birth is in cross rivers while I made the payment in ogun state.

After trying with someone in the East with no result. When i returned to my base in lagos, I later took it to my mechanic in lagos. He dismantled the AC components and flushed the whole system, he took the compressor to ladipo, they open it and cleaned it thoroughly. Then he changed the condenser. The problem dissappeared.

The brown file is for passport renewal applicant. Please don't purchase the white file! The white file is for fresh passport applicant. Take few cash with you for food, snacks and drinks.

I filled my application online last week for passport renewal and I was given an appointment date from the online portal. Do i need to go to immigration office at Alausa for any thing else before the appointment date or i should wait till the appointment date before going there?
