Please what are the questions asked before they gave you the tracking ID as am also going through the same issue

I had similar issue too. I sent mine through DHL to Abuja, and it was delivered on 6 June. I didnt get any notification from vfs. I sent several emails to them and no response, until I chatted with them yesterday on their Web live chat. I was told that the reason I didn't get notification from them was because I didn't write my email address and phone number on my document sent to them.
I was given my tracking I.D. my passport had been ready for collection since 13 June sef.

You should use there Web live chat.

I sent via DHL last week, DHL delivery confirmation on Friday. No word from vfs till now. I think it's those who went to submit in person that gets their tracking and correspondence email of acknowledgment faster.

Please what do you mean by code on the sticker? What sticker? I submitted to Abuja via DHL, paid extra for sms charges. DHL says delivered since yesterday but no update yet.

Thanks to God Almighty for his divine favour. After four (4) refusal all declared with the actual reasons of refusal it came to pass.
Refusal countries: Canada student visa, US tourist visa, Germany tourist visa, Lithuania student visa.

Submission type: Priority

No mail was sent

Collection mail : 7th September 2021

DHL delivered Passport : 8th September 2021

Visa intact.

hello house pls i want to ask,2018 i got my visa, i was pregnant when i went for the interview and i declared i was going to have a baby, even my passport was stamped B2 at POE, now am pregnant again and want to use same visa cos its still valid do i need to write to the embassy again?

Its attracts a 10 year ban.
And you must make sure you pass the very month or your application will be denied, i.e if you returned to Nigeria on Dec 10, 2014, you should apply only after Dec 10, 2024. If not, your application would be denied

Thank you for your response. Yes she was given a letter to appeal after 7days of leaving but she didnt. She didnt pay for her return.
She got a job after 4months of her return. It's been 5years already since the removal or deportation. We just wanted to know if theres any chance of her visiting again because of her family and friends over there.


1. Was she given any letter stating the condition of deportation or if she will be allowed to visit the UK again?

2. Did she pay for her return?

3. Did she establish anything with the money given to her then?(that is the purpose of that money)

Personally I will suggest that she consider other countries for now...getting any visa to the UK will be hard but not impossible.

Please, I need advice, my wife is going for her B2 interview soon. I am stated as her sponsor. Majority of the money proposed for the cost of birthing is in my company's account. Will it be right to transfer the money as bulk transfer to my wife's account? will the VO frown at bulk transfer? I was thinking of transferring the total amount budgeted from my company's account to her account, then write on the sponsor's letter that I am sponsoring and I have transferred the estimated cost to her. Will this fly?

OR

Can my wife go for the interview with my company's bank account statement?

With all this us visa wahala, why dont you land in the us first before your husband attends his inyerview. I just remembered a story here of a lady that said the VO was angry that she used her medical visa to birth two kids insteaf of one. So to be safe and to avoid issues like ones Visa bring cancelled or revoke, let your hubby pick an interview date that you would have already arrived in the US.

Okay, good. You don’t have issues using that same visa to birth again per say as of now, valid. Only ensure your burden of proof is in place and that you are paying “well” for the birthing, avoid “cheap” cost.

Then the main one, I believe it will be better to be inside the US first before your husband’s interview date, because this whole thing could swing and spiral in any direction. But be preparing too as one who may be needing to attend an interview for birthing purposes soon (you yet have a lot of time on hand for this preparation at least), you never can tell what may come up next from their end....

Yes you can still use the visa, the important thing here is that you get into the US before the visa expires, what you should concern yourself with is the duration of stay that the CBP officer stamps you in for at Poe.
Yes, your husband can apply without you going with him, infact you won't be allowed to go in with him if you are not applying together with him.
