1. Americans already got in and inspected them. This is normal procedure when huge amount of stashed dollar outside the banking sector is discovered. They do not publicize their interest in order not to arouse embarassments.

2. The fact the dollar currency has not been destroyed says much...THEY ARE AUTHENTIC SERIES!

3. They were not sourced from underground syndicates, therefore they had to have been chanelled through a bank source.

4. Whatever bank has such huge amount of dollar in its posession and was able to release it without impact to its holding responsibilities or ending in insolvency ought to be investigated.

5. Nigeria has bad and poor process of record keeping, and no one in the banking and financial sector would match the serial batches to a specific banking institution, but I bet you the Americans can. They have a up and down system for tracking a pencil, much more such large stock of cash.

If you stab someone with a pencil and they die. If investigators put their hand on the pencil they will track the lead by its grain property to a specific manufacturer and date of manufacture and the store that sold the batch...to the receipt issued to the buyer and then review surveilance camera image of the cash register, date and exact time of purchase....and arrive at the conclusion of who they are looking for. They run a tight society!

They can finger the bank that did this....but again, they will not interfere to save embarassments at diplomatic level.

So in other words, you are in agreement with me that this money was sourced from a legal source most likely the CBN!

In a case such as this with such large amount of dollar, US, because its their currency, would be apprehensive and would already have sent down investigators and analyst, outside of public knowledge, to do forensic analysis on the notes and vouch them genuine and verify they are serialised in mint record.

If these were dollars minted in parallel markets, that is $43m of potential weapon that could do substantial damage in a capital market, if....only if...successfully smuggled into an American city.

The parallel market depends on sales from individuals and from banks.

The serial sequence of the notes, their mint condition and the print date proves that the notes must have been call order funds by the CBN!

To confirm this, we have confirmed from serial numbers of the notes and traced its origin back to the CBN. The notes have a print date as early as 2016!

This is not any terror cash neither is this part of the NIA covet slush funds released back in 2014.
