as far as am concern, buhari promise Nigeria three things; security, anticorruption, better economy; we all see that none has been achieved so leave matters for matias and talk reality. Buhari did nothing for Obaseki rather it's Edolites that exercised their franchise.

So Kano, Osun and Imo people do not exercise their franchise?

From indications it seems everything was going well for APC governorship aspirant Pastor Ize-iyamu and Oshiomole with the crowd they pulled during the campaign before everything turn sour and bitter, even Elrufai that was against Oshiomole said it that it seems APC was going to win, the body language of Buhari shows he wasn't in full support of Pastor Ize-iyamu like other party members and leaders that saw Oshiomole as been despite and unruly, Edo state governorship election will have been easy "walkover" for APC compare to Kano, Bayelsa and Osun. But from indication Buhari wasn't really happy with Oshiomole to the extend he had to invite him and warn him in Aso rock with Oshiomole's desperation and confidence for power until few days to the election that Oshiomole's hope and confidence was scattered.

1. Buhari didn't really campaign for Ize-iyamu apart from the flag he gave to him in Abuja, he doesn't want what happened in Lagos State despite his plea to Tinubu to repeat itself again.

2. Lot of power brokers in the APC, especially Elrufai and fayemi doesn't like the tyrannical and autocratic attitude of Oshiomole that have turned the party to personal property.


3. The issue of Oshiomole and Gambari, leaked video threatening to arrest and lock some persons made Buhari to become lethargic towards Ize-iyamu's election.

4. Buhari's bad governance and many agitations, before the election lots of people are groining and agitation under killing, insecurity and recent hike in electricity tariff and petrol, adding Edo state election to it may stir up strives and revolution, PDP is the party that can cause outrage and reck unrepairable havock on the country's frail unity, the crack on the Nigeria unity is conspicuously visible and undeniable, allowing APC to use federal might and advantage have spell doom for Buhari's government.


5. The issue that broke the camel's back was the ban on some people by US and the threat by UK and EU, actually disabilized Buhari and APC leaders, they don't want to be ban from these countries.


6. Buhari used the election to assuage the international community, the ranging storm and bitterness if Nigerians, after the election, no one is complaining about fuel pump price or electricity bill hike.
