The sad thing is, there are billionaires sponsoring influencers on YouTube and Telegram to push hopium and unsuspecting students in those groups push the agenda to every corner, not knowing the smart ones are looking for liquidity.

BTC has 100+ years to experience last halving, but these billionaires, most are old sha, so it's understandable they're sponsoring hopium at the wrong time cuz they might not be alive to witness some things, so they want everything as fast as it can come.

If you're in your 20s or 30s, never be desperate with BTC. The worst can happen at any time, and if the best happens, there is something called black swan. No one can tell me 100 years from now, no single black swan will EVER happen to bring BTC to a ridiculous price.

All most Nigerians care about is UP UP UP, WE CAN NEVER GO DOWN. THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE. We are too desperate, especially when a billionaire is the one giving the advice. They think billionaires aren't manipulative.

Every erroneous prediction in crypto already has a beautiful excuse.
You are very correct at bold
Funny enough some of them saying these things don't even know they are being used as exit liquidity. This is the last chance & u will miss this opportunity is the most misleading statement I keep hearing from these guys. The moment u fight that mentality & ready to miss an opportunity, u have conquered their manipulative gimmicks. I have learnt to tune down my desperation when it comes to investing especially in cryptto, there will always be an opportunity.

I got an email from Quantum Zenith....more like an acknowledgement of my mail where I filled those their forms...

Their response::::::

Dear ma, email duly acknowledged
Know that your request is currently receiving attention.

Na wao o o o
How did u fill the form, did u print it out, or there is an app u use on your phone to fill it.

I'm very sure your balance will be less than what u had the day u submitted the form if they have not deducted it.

Saylor is on a buying spree but the average joe what's you to doubt the super cycle ,the elites have more info than the average joe, they know what's coming, once clarity act passes no coming back. Meanwhile paper hands continue to leave the market in huge numbers, many will miss once in a lifetime opportunity.
You want to compare an average Joe that has been buying cryptto since 2024 with nothing to show to a billionaire like Saylor?
High chances this is how u are going to keep posting this clarity act thing till next Bitcoinn halving. Didn't u guys say clarity act bill will pass by March this year? It is just going to be a case of hopium till next halving. December last year u guys kept saying first quarter of 2026 clarity act bill will be a done thing, they are shaking out weak hands, now first quarter is over, same story, trapping people in the market with empty promises.

You see how terrible supporting people JUST on the basis of tribe, religion or race? The people who WORSHIP the idea of Iran standing against the west are all safely living in countries protected by the civility and liberties made possible by the "Western Enlightenment". But go Iran, Afghanistan, and other "Holy" countries - una no go gree go.
The bold is the irony of the whole thing. All of them will choose to live in US because of the freedom & liberty, none will ever go to Iran or allow their loved ones go there.

@Bluearrow, with your experience in crypto i think you have the risk appetite to handle individual stocks. I'm sure you will do well. With your level of investment in equity based funds, having individual blue-chip companies and some good selection of growth stocks you will do very well.
One of the gains of having individual stocks is the fact that you can get bonus shares and increase your holdings without extra cost if a company you have holdings with declares bonuses.
I know a shareholder of a particular company that bought 1,000 units of the shares of the company, in three years without spending extra money, the shareholder now has 4,000 units apart from the cash dividends collected and price appreciation.

Please this is just personal suggestion, you can always stick to what works for you.

More greens to your portfolio.
You are very correct sir, I do stocks too

And nobodg has made any effort to report the Zenith app to the SEC, so far?
Anyways, once I make my withdrawal request and they try this delay tactics with me, I will forward mh complaint to the SEC asap.
Honestly I may do this next week after the holidays.

Okay boss. Which other mmf do you use?
Currently I use only first ally just for emergencies. I used a couple of others in the past, but didn't have patience for mmf. I started my investment journey with cryptto, it really trained my risk appetite so high. I'm majorly into equity. Using more than 5 fund managers for equity.

E be like say I go start this equity with small money. Let me test the waters
If u are trying equity, I will recommend GT equity. They seem to have a good balance between gains & loss. Also of u can lose 25-50% of what ever amount u are investing & wait it out to recover, then u are good to go.

Wow. Do you have any ref*erral code? Let me try another mmf apart from Stanbic.
I no get referral code o, just sharing my experience. The daily interest rate hardly go below 17%. Mostly 18%. Anyone using mmf as emergency savings need to have a portion of their funds in first ally. I don't know how they do it, but these guys withdrawal fast pass opay. Even on holidays. When u subscribe, it starts running immediately, nothing like after 12 hours. All these old generation bank fund managers should learn from these guys abeg

Good morning guys, please I need a solid mmf that is at least 17 percent, good user interface, being able to see daily income, quick deposit and withdrawal, as well as ability to print the statement of account instantly by oneself.
Many thanks
Of all the fund managers I have used for mmf so far, only first ally tick every of these requirements. You can even withdraw on holidays. I made withdrawals yesterday & received my funds immediately. I don't think any other fund manager can do that.

When I checked them out and realized that the whole equity thing started in December.....I ran away...and dropped only 10k with them as a lady from there wanted to finish me with calls

Na the ZENITH own dey pain me.... I trusted them but.....hmmmmm
But honestly zedcrest has been doing perfectly fine. My major fund managers currently is zedcrest for equity & first ally for mmf. Even with their data update issue zedcrest is still on top & they correct it quickly. App interface is smooth & fast. Customer support is superb. I'm loading heavily on zedcrest all through the year, my only mistake was the money I put in zenith quantum should have been in zedcrest.

InvestmentRe: Equity Investment. by Bluearrow: 3:39pm On Mar 19
If u are a company representative here, I don't see why u should get defensive or annoyed when investors complain, these complains are feedbacks & it is how companies grow their brands. First ally introduced the no holding period on their mmf sometime last year based on feedbacks & I believe a lot of investors are enjoying it today & some investors are with them simply because of that. Every platform need feedbacks to know areas they need to improve on.

Zedcrest needs to work on their equity data update, to avoid any form of discrepancies. Zedcrest & first ally are my first choice of fund managers, these guys are really what a fund manager should be. As for zenith, they should work on their deposit & withdrawal. Investors should not be going through the rigmarole of filling form to redeem less than 1m, that's too outdated.

How come I didn't receive this form?
Did u get the redemption form immediately after initiating the withdrawal? I have sent their support a mail. I never knew zenith redemption require filling form to withdraw your funds, if not I for no try them at all. I hate such stress.

Iran is definitely a terrorist nation. Imagine attacking your Muslim neighbours because of Israel and America. Shameless cowards.
If they had that Nuclear warhead, they would have used it.
Iran is just attacking gulf states so they can put pressure on US & Israel to stop the war. Iran need to improve on their military. No single top Israeli General has been taken out so far, they are just busy bombing civilian sites, but all Iranian leaders have been eliminated. This war made me realize Iran is no match for Israel at all. They need to improve on their military intelligence & capabilities seriously.

Again I must commend fairmoney fairlock,, buh I want something higher,, though they have been delivering n consistent for more than 3years now..
I don't think u can get higher rate any where. Lending platforms tend to give highest interest rate in any business line. Same apply to cryptto.

Hello Team,

How do we fund Stanbic wallet? Not the mutual funds account. Just the wallet. I see a Stanbic account number that doesn't seem to be valid
The account number u covered is your wallet account number. Once u transfer funds to it, it will reflect, then u can purchase any package with it. But I will recommend funding stanbic wallet during working hours, it tends to reflect faster within few minutes. Non working hours can take up to 1 hour, that's what I have observed.

Does anyone know if you can withdraw from GT money market funds within 30 days? And what’s the fee? And is it charged on the interest alone?
Holding period is 30 days
Management fee is 1% of net asset value

Noticed that you can only redeem 200k units max at a time. I am not sure if it can be done multiple times in one day or if there are limitations.
Other users should please advise..
200k units is quite poor, even if it is done multiple times. That is around 300k.

Liquidity is important; however, the main goal of an investment is for capital preservation or capital growth regardless of which fund you decide to go with. 24-hour liquidation is not inadmissible; nevertheless, most fund managers, like FirstAlly and TrustBanc, do it for marketing strategy, as the majority of Nigerians do not even know what MMF is. Lastly, 48-72 hrs is acceptable; anything more than that is questionable.
I don't agree with the bold, they just have better services & management, not really because of marketing. When u put money in your bank account do u think it sits there? The banks invest with it. Every fund manager should have capital base that meets regulatory compliance, any fund manager that can't manage liquidity shouldn't be operating.

To your second point, any withdrawal above 48 hours for mmf is poor service & questions such fund manager liquidity capability. In binance I have flexible & fixed assets, these funds are invested. Once I withdraw flexible, it is instant, when I liquidated my 3 months fixed investment last year in anticipation for the bull run, it was process within 48 hours, for fixed asset. There is still room for improvement & I believe with time we will get there. The likes of zedcrest & first ally have started it, others will improve with time hopefully. Just imagine zenith fund still using form to liquidate maybe 20k in 2026? Is that lack of marketing strategy or just poor services?

so in Stanbic IBTC mmf,
what's their percentage charges when redeeming(withdrawing) your money??

pls educate me,
cos I intend withdrawing everything from there this week.
I don't really take note of the management fees during withdrawal. It should be very minimal. If u want to withdraw, use the website. That is what I use & their withdrawal is fast.
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Bluearrow: 7:10am On Mar 17
EquityM:
Alright, bro. Let's be honest, if the fund managers do not have enough cash at hand, it might be problematic to liquidate. Most MMF invest in treasury bills, FD, CP, and other money market instruments.
Any fund manager that can't manage liquidity shouldn't be operating in the first place. What majority of Nigerians use as emergency savings is MMF.
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Bluearrow: 6:16am On Mar 17
EquityM:
Investments, in my opinion, shouldn't be managed like a bank account that you can access at any time. Any liquidation should have a maximum waiting period of 48 to 72 hours. After verifying my Nigerian passport online and my "TIN" in Nigeria, unfortunately, I still have to wait 2 more working days to finally get an approval to start my investment.
You are wrong
Investments are classified under flexible & fixed. If u are investing in flexible assets, u should have access to your funds anytime. Believe me majority of people investing in MMF do so because of liquidity. If the likes of zedcrest, first ally, can do it, then others can do it too, they just need to improve. When I withdraw on stanbic, I get my withdrawal within 3 hours.
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Bluearrow: 6:08am On Mar 17
Iamblessed8888:
Wow, you can imagine. Speedy withdrawals sometimes creates a sense of entitlement and may make end users grow a lack of appreciation for the process .

I honestly dont blame people like cowrywise that put a 24 hour timer there. I see Firstally doing same soon or I will recommend it to them when i call their customer care tommorow.

Someone i know waited up to 36hrs before redeeming 1k from STL being marketed here by that big head Creditalerts.
What does the bold even mean?
How can someone be entitled to their own funds? Liquidity is the main reason I invest in mutual fund so I can have access to it. If not for liquidity, I will rather use the money to buy land, because it fights inflation better. In cryptto, investments are classified as flexible or fixed. Mutual fund is not fixed deposit, it falls under flexible investment where investors can still have access to their funds. When u withdraw your flexible investment in binance, u receive it instantly. We should encourage improvement, not encouraging those with fast withdrawal to start delaying withdrawals, that is backward mentality.

When i bought equity fund on zedcrest, it reflected immediately & I was really impressed, when others take 12 to 24 hours to reflect. That is the kind of progress we should encourage here. Just like saying people should stop using cars & planes & go back to travelling with horses. Every fund manager should improve to ensuring instant deposit & quick withdrawal. How quick deposit & withdrawal process is an indication how your funds will be managed. When I made deposit on zenith, it took forever to reflect & their fund management has been very poor so far.

I have initiated withdrawal from zenith assets management this night....

I do not know how long it would take... but at least I have finally taken the bold step

I have gotten the redemption acknowledgement mail...i will keep checking my email... for further action...

Me thinks the delays people complain about might be liquidity related....I raised that concern about their ESG... and I think someone here responded in reassuring manner....

My capital is incomplete, it never recovered.. and I am ready to count my losses and move on.......I would have left this money with them.... but the complains of delayed withdrawal is annoying me....I do not wish to keep my money with FM that would give me headache when I want out...

Meanwhile....I dreaded this moment, but I had to do this.....so I could get a place in the "waiting queue" already....

Who knows....it might take the whole year to redeem...my only consolation this night is that at least....I have started the process...

Never will I experiment with more than 5k again...

Good riddance to bad rubbish

Good night guys
Those guys are crooks
