the guy should pay for the first date, but the other dates should be whoever wants to. I dont agree with splitting the bill in half, it just doesnt make any sense to me. |

LadyT: Oyinye private tears are the best you can really let go.
You know if you make the mistake of crying in public Nigerians are like "Ah thats ok jare"
No its not Ok till I cry and my eyes are bloodshot and swollen! yes private tears are the best onyinye2: I let go alright. seriously i do. But yeah i hate when people try to make you feel better with lame lines like "it will be okay" "everything is alright". That just annoys me even more and adds insult to injury. Just me be alone, let go of my emotions, and i will be okay. I don't need anybody to help me get my composure back. sometimes those words can be soothing, and are words of sympathy or encouragement. I know they may seem annoying at times, becoz only u know how it feels, but sometimes it shows that others care around u. |

chiogo: L0L, it's true now! I personally don't want to marry a Nigerian dude living in Nigeria. it has nothing to do with money or promiscuity. It's my personal preference, right?? Since y'all say it's a matter of preference. same here! cant imaging marrying a guy living in nigeria. |

gabrywyl: dreeldee, its not a disease. Its HUMAN EMOTIONS, HUMAN FEELING. . .
Bro, I respect ypour opinions and I see where you're coming from but I'm just saying that its not good to talk bad about oither people. yes humans have emotions and feelings, its called free will. onyinye2: This reminds me of my same male gay friend. You don't think he tried to be straight? He did everything to try and confirm into what was expected of him. He went out with women, had relationships with them, shared intimate moments with them, but he just keep having these feelings that something wasn't right. He couldn't suppress his feelings nor figure them out so it just sent him into great depression and resulted into becoming a cutter. And even his father tried to send him to therapy but there was no getting through him. Till finally he admitted to himself and his family that he was gay. Yeah unfortunately he lost ties with his father but he is finally happy for once in his life. And coming from a very conservative state and family i mean that takes alot of courage. just because he believes he is gay does not mean it is ok. there are people in this world who are having sex with animals, their family member, little children. In their heads they think its ok, normal. But in reality its wrong. There are schizophreniacs who believe that there is nothing wrong with commiting murder. Just because the person has justified why they have to live such a way, does not mean it should be made acceptable. I believe being gay is a mental issue, like transexuals and bisexuals, its immoral, and does not favour mother nature. Baxilexi: @hch, why doesnt nairaland have a thread called "bed-room"?? mr chemistry, i think he is coming on to u. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Gay Church In Nigeria by bluesky4(f): 2:37am On Jul 31, 2008 |
gabrywyl: Yes. . . . in that case I think what the Bible says is not entirely true. And besides, God is humble and he/she will always accept all of his creations into his humble home.
Dear Editor of the Bible: PLEASE CHANGE THE STATEMENT ON THE GAY PART. THANK YOU!
Bro, you're mean at times ohhhh.
Yes, I would consider that normal because its God's creation after all. . . . Bro, why are you judging God's work of art? Its not their fault that they are born that way and I think to be half here and there is way sooo cool! i think you r so sweet, but ur argument is flawed. why is there a heaven and a hell if he accepts all of his creations in his humble home? u cant be a christian and gay, there is no logic for the 2 to be even in the same sentence. @chemistry boy, u will hammer who? |
