Thanks so much.

If he gives directives during the address, all directives therein are executive orders, carried out with immediate effect.
Thanks.

(Thus, for State Governors in their various states,, similar addresses have overriding state executive powers over the Judiciary too,, I guess??)

The supreme court should ordinarily not have entertained the case at all. It's now an exercise in futility and a mockery of the judiciary.
I AM NOT REFERRING TO ANY CASE OR ANY KNOWN SITUATION IN PARTICULAR HERE..

I am just trying to know --- on a very normal ground where every other circumstances are in perfect order --- which one is supposed to supersede the other..??

Can a “Presidential Address” be taken as an “Executive Order”??

** (I used to believe that Executive Orders must be “Documented“, and also, they must be “Signed” by the President..)

**(NOTE: A “SUPREME-COURT-ORDER” IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM “SUPREME-COURT-JUDGEMENT”, EITHER IN SUBSTANCE OR IN AUTHORITY..)

So, let us go straight to the series of Questions...

1. Between a “Supreme-Court Order” and a “Presidential Address”, which one supersedes the other??

2. Between a “Supreme-Court Judgement” and an “Executive Order” by the President, which one supersedes the other??

3. Between the powers and authorities of the Judicial Arm of Government, and those of the Executive Arm of Government, which one supersedes the other??

I'm here to learn more about the interpretation of the constitution with regards to the powers that be.

Tinubu is sound and healthier than you. grin

All of you that believe the only way to market your Obi is to assasinate Tinubu's character and create a wrong impression about his age and health to people, I pray you all suffer the same terrible misinformation about you (and even worse) at the door of your breakthrough.
Tinubu is person who is assassinating himself by himself.

If he knew that what he was doing was right, he wouldn't have changed his position,, (the manner he even did the change of position showed that he wasn't aware of what he was doing, and he realized himself all of a sudden)

Which part of the Constitution says you can't throw your hands in the air, during recitation of the national anthem?
Section-24(a):
“Abide by the Constitution, Respect to the National Flag, National Anthem, National Pledge, and Legitimate Authorities”.

So,, for the word “Respect”, if an elder is talking to you, and you want to physically show respect while you stood quietly and listened,, would you throw your two hands into the air while listening to the elder with all duly accorded respect??

Throwing two hands into the air shows respect??

Romance › Re: Help!!!! I Lose Interest In Guys I Sleep With by BluntCrazeMan: 11:42am On Feb 16, 2023
Upset700:
I've been having issues with guys for years now, especially with guys I sleep with.
Whenever I like a guy, or get interested in a guy and then i have sex unintentionally (he wants it but I don't).. After then there's this irritation, I loose interest, I cut the person off.

It's more like he has sold his value to me, like there's no prize, probably he is a great guy but that act alone makes me very uncomfortable.
I know this is usually a guy thing, but I've been struggling with this for years.

I feel men should also stop selling themselves cheap...cus they are women who wouldn't value what they can get easily.
Someone wrote this thing on Nairaland on the 22nd of July 2021... But had deleted it though..
Upset700:
Hi guys..
I know most of you will judge me badly.
im human, we all make mistakes.
i met this Igbo guy 27 when I was 17.
yes I was 17 and I fell in love....
I'm from Akwa ibom state.
we kicked off in 2017...
I got admission in school..
he was serving his brother and he later got freedom and got his own shop..
we both were growing.....
I was there through thick and thin with him...
same for me.

When I got did my genotype test in school..
it was AS...
I didn't bother asking his cus I felt they made a mistake with mine...
growing up I always childishly said I was AS...
cus I'm athsmatic...
he went for a test one day and I saw it was AS...
I was broken.
that was our third year of dating.
families know each other.
got pregnant twice and aborted cus I wasn't ready.
he was ^^^ for the second one.
[the word “responsible” is missing up there..]

we didn't talk about the genotype issue..
although we knew.
This year would make it 6years..
[how come?? 2017 to 2021 is 4 years, not 6 years]
he started giving Funny signs dis January...
like he was seeing someone else.
it got to the point he blocks my number at night to answer her call.
we fought.
we discussed the issue...
he then said he has someone.
he had been making plans to marry since last year december.
infact he has gone to see her people and she's pregnant.
that I should move on...
he can't marry me cus of our genotype.
he did all this for 5months and never for once told me his plans...
I have so much devotion for love that I never saw anyone else all these years.

ryt now it's like any time I breathe my heart aches.
tot of taking my life cus I feel hopeless... empty... used... rejected.
pls all in the house I need your message support cus I'm at the edge...
did I really deserve what he did...
am I that worthless....
pls I need your advice.
thanks
Was that story about you??
Then, it showed that you have not moved on yet.
You're still being haunted by the hurt in your heart.

And unless you move on,, you will forever remain like this.

It is important to identify natural and man made tourist sites.
If you are talking about natural sites, all states in Nigeria have it.
Rochas okorocha was doing a lot of man made stuff during his administration.

This cannot be true.

It's just that the people have not looked and searched within their lands very well..

Naturally, there should be at least 10 world-class tourist attraction sites in every state in Nigeria.

Cross river state is the center of tourist state in Nigeria
It shouldn't just be Cross River Alone.

I am of the strong opinion that every state in Nigeria has sites that can be developed to become world-class tourist attraction sites..
It's just that these places were ignored, and overlooked.
There should be hundreds of sites scattered across Nigeria, with the locals recruited and trained very well as the guides.
Hotels and learning centres around these sites for more information about these places, and small relief markets too, so that people around there can easily feel at home.

Cashew plantations? Really?! huh

Meanwhile, it’s one thing to be blessed with all these natural wonders…
But you are NOT going to attract any tourists if they’re scared of being kidnapped or killed!

PS: Btw, you want tourists but one cannot even take a selfie at the local Shoprite or at Balogun market, without harassment.
>
Anything at-all can be a Tourist Attraction Site.

All that matters is the attention and the packaging given to it.

So relax.
This Particular Cashew Plantation is being tended to..

For instance, If you have been to Ada palm plantations in Imo State, you will see that there are palm plantations,, but there are real palm plantations.

Can we call mountains and river a tourist attraction site? If yes lokoja as alot of them. If heartless governors and high temperatures can be included we have them in abundant. The heat in lokoja if properly harnessed can power steam engine and produce enough electricity to lightup Nigeria.
It cost about 50 naira from Lokoja to hell fire which is less than 5km. If you want to experience the true definition of bad governance, heat, rivers and lots of mountains. You are highly welcome to kogi the confluence state.
Kogi State is supposed to be the most Visited Tourist Attraction State in Nigeria..

1. Confluence point of River Niger and River Benue.

2. Many Exposed Rocky Mountains, with many layers of rock-formations visible on the mountain face.

3. High extending mountain ridges for mountain hikes.

4. Extending flat plains (when cultivated with rice or any economic crop, it would yield more).

And lots more
