Ok I see why during application they said NYSC must be completed by August and also age wise after August should not be more than required age limit of 27yrs for graduates trainees and 40yrs for experience hires because their exams and so on might be by September

The other mode of recruitment has started already. APLs issuance and documentation processes.

It may be another one but definitely not this one we are waiting for possibly for security or cleaners � we are expecting our test invites which they are working on it

While we keep pondering on merit let’s not forget to read as the test might come unexpected and caught us unaware

Remember federal Character will always play a vital role in any recruitment of federal government.

Before an agency of federal government do advert for recruitment they must obtain waver or clearance from federal character, then they will place their advert for the period of at least 3 weeks or less, having finished the advert they will still send the list to federal Character for the numbers of qualify people then the test would be fixed which they will equally supervise it to the interview stage.

After the interview, the selection process will then take effect but merit first followed by favoritism from the federal Character Commission even after the consulting firm finished their work if not that recruitment won’t go through even though candidates from federal Character Commission must fulfill some conditions stipulated by that agency including performance in the test and interview.

Finally approval and certificate of compliance will be given from federal Character for the Issuance of APL

It’s not about everyone eligibility that matters once you meet up with the requirements you can be selected for the test

What matters most is if your state has high numbers of qualify people then that’s where the issues will come

Your exams and interview will now play a vital role in the whole process

Yes to some extent one can say it’s NCDMB recruitment base on fact that they have just completed their tower which mean they need staff to occupy it moreover, they’re just 10yrs old

Also the numbers might be up to 500 possibly because the advert has taken some time and they keep reopening it to enable more applications

But remember federal Character Must be follow to enable equal opportunities to the states of the federation

Aptitude tests can be done virtual to prune down candidates but interview can not be virtual.

All what you people are saying is just a mere speculations because if they are recruiting 100 or less they won’t advertised 2 or 3 times, I know of an organization that recruits 300 staff by sharing it amongst politicians and federal character including IPPIS so you can imagine that, talk more of this one with specification of cadre and professions.

Let’s be positive about this recruitment and forget about what someone said that the staff of NCDMB mentioned the exact number unless he’s admin director

Source of your information please because it’s seems the recruitment is to absorb good numbers of EHs and GTs base on advert

I heard someone saying the job is for southerners unfortunately federal government gives quota to all state through federal character although Niger Delta takes large share of the slot No dispute about that especially Bayelsa state Indigene.

Issues concerning insecurity we are not praying for that, NNPC can redeploys her staff who are northerners to Warri refinery or Port-harcourt refinery without considering any problem.

So if it comes to recruitment of this nature just prepare your mind to work in a multi-diverse society.

Let’s just be focusing on getting the job before any other talk.

Well, at the end both connections and merits will work very sure about it, remember there’s no recruitment in federal government that’s not influenced by politicians in Nigeria. The only thing is you must do your own part that’s do your best because Nigeria factor cannot swept all the positions advertised.

All that is required is some positions can only be occupied by competent people who knw what’s entails in those places equally federal character which is quota system must be respected.

So don’t be surprised each state have their pass marks differently and as such some people will get it easily than others.

Above all one must do his best to be able to secure the job, prayers and hardwork are the key to success ✌️
