The 11 Bioweapons labs are not USSR bio plants.
The US DOD funded at least 15 different bio-labs in Ukraine. These are not Chinese or Russian bio-labs. At least eight of these are bioweapons labs are operated exclusively by the US. These laboratories “consolidate and secure pathogens and toxins of security concern” to conduct “enhanced bio-security, bio-safety, and bio-surveillance measures” through “international research partnerships.” Each facility costs the US taxpayers anywhere from $1.8 to over $3 million. The DOD facilitated the permit process to allow Ukrainian scientists to work with pathogens of pandemic potential.

The US DOD works directly with Ukraine’s Ministry of Health, State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences and the Ministry of Defense. This network of bio-labs includes facilities in Odessa, Vinnytsia, Uzhgorod, Lviv, Kiev, Kherson, Ternopil, Crimea, Luhansk and two suspect facilities in Kharkiv and Mykolaiv.

In recent years, many of these labs have reached Bio-safety Level 2 status, allowing scientists to experiment with viruses and bacteria. Over the past two years, these laboratories, in cooperation with the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, erected four more mobile laboratories to conduct epidemiological surveillance of the Ukrainian people. These laboratories are part of a multi-national working group that creates disease surveillance networks that “strengthen global health security.”

There are more Muslims in Nigeria than Christians.
Muslims do pay tithes[Zakat], if tithes are only to be used in helping the poor, what do the Mosques do with their zakat?
I would like to point out here that Nigeria is an Islamic country and a Member state of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation[OIC].
People get worked up as if tithes from the church are meant for the running of the state and Pastors are dipping their hands in the coffers of the state to help themselves.

Tithes to churches go to the running of the church and not to the Pastor or only to the feeding of the masses. Churches have staff.
They pay bills. They[Boardmembers in agreement with the PASTORS] use tithes as they see fit.
You can start a church and be kicked out by members of your board, in the case of mismanagement of funds.
If not, the Taxman will come after the Pastor and the members of the board of the said church.

But for argument's sake, let's assume Pastors spend tithes on themselves, where do Imams spend Zakat?

When a white person is a racist. Chances are they will deny it.
The logical thing usually is to make sure the particular case get to the police station.
Police will take record of the case, and you and the racist white person will be on your way.
Unlike Nigeria, police in many countries have a centralized system.
When that racist white person does another racist thing to another black person, and the case gets to the police station and recorded again, a profile is being built about the racist white person.
If 3-4 black people report the behavior...get it?
