Simeonjoe1:You have to look at the long term benefits. Buhari is a crook but I will always support what he did when he closed the borders. The price of food items was always going to rise whether he closed the border or not. But prior to closing the border, 90% of the rice consumed in Nigeria was imported. The local rice was substandard, poorly refined and filled with stones. When they first closed the border, people were horrified at the thought of having to buy those stone filled local rice. I know I was. But currently, I still buy the local rice but now can't distinguish it from foreign rice. That's how good it's become within the span of two years. Yes, it's the Nigerians who cause the inflation by setting insane price for their food items knowing full well that people would have no choice but to buy them. There's also the problem of lack of regulatory bodies for this kind of stuff. If there was such a body that set the price in favour of it's affordability, wicked Nigerians wouldn't set such a high price with the goal of scoring a huge profit. Fact remains, if high tarrifs were levied on imported cars, there would be massive development in our local automobile industry and would also lead to many more springing up. That is the way it was done in China |
Nigeria can replicate what China did, but unlike China, how leaders are capitalists and the bad kind, hence they refuse to put heavy tarrifs on foreign brand and heavily invest and encourage the investment in local brands. Take afriOne smartphones for instance. It came and there wasn't public investment. Everyone expected a small company to come out and start making industry standard smartphones. How's that possible? China make cheap knockoff vehicles for almost 30 years before they started making something unique and of high quality. But from the very start, the Chinese government favoured public use of local products over foreign ones because they set a goal. I will never forgive who ever cursed me with being born in Nigeria and Africa in general. Yes, some of these local brands are not trying, by setting very high price for their products. Yet, even the ones that make pocket friendly products are usually looked over in favour of foreign brands due to public perception of local meaning sub standard. |
Any supporter of Tinubu is a criminal. Especially those ones born with a silver spoon, and that's basically what she is. She doesn't live the life of an average Nigerian and so is inconsequential in her opinion of who it is to lead this country |
If Nigerians had sense, they would bundle together and throw stones and tomatoes at Tinubu. Imagine APC having the audacity to run again. Lol. Like, you've done enough. Now we just want it to end for God's sake |
Every single terrorist group in Nigeria, proscribed or not, is sponsored by a group of politicians. We even know who they are |
In case you don't know. This is what destruction looks like. Nigeria has been destroyed and you're living in the midst of it. |
Guess where he got the money from. Modern day colonialism |
Good. Unlike Nigeria, Portugal doesn't celebrate failures. Look at how long it took for us to fire Gernot Rohr. |
It's not needless and it's not senseless. But it should be done on a massive scale and with the end result in mind. Think of the Arab spring |

The YOUTHS ARE GOING TO TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY FROM THESE CRIMINALS AND OLD THIEVES! |
Tinupoo is quaking in his boots. How will he now rent crowd again to compete with Peter Obi? |
PrinceOfLagos:Why will you wish that "face that only his mother can love" on somebody |
So how much is the bounty? |
onyxo76:One is Tinubu sponsored. The other is Obasanjo sponsored. You can see the genesis of the problem now. |
Where are the cows? ![]() |
This is just a taste of what will happen once Tinubu loses the election come February. Everyone living in Lagos or anywhere else in the south west be prepared, especially my brothers from the South East and South South. Arm yourselves if you can. Things will get bloody. |
Nigeria. When will there be peace again. |
This election would be anything but peaceful. We have the three major tribes vying for the president's seat. The Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba. I'm telling you now, this election would be anything but peaceful. |
Why now? If a person steals that person would do 5 years in jail, but terrorists that have killed many people would be released after a few months |
I couldn't read this crap. The way you're so overly enthralled by white people is so naive and disgusting. You might as well just kiss their feet. It's guys like you that make us look bad abroad. Zero nationalism and more than willing to sell yourself to your white masters. One thing you know is that white people are deceptive by nature. When they smile it's usually for a purpose. |
You left out a 0 |
This is more attention than he has gotten for the duration of his failed military career |
The GENCOs, DISCOs, and TRANSCOs are one of the big problems plaguing our country |
I think Marriage is supposed to either end up to a year after it starts or ten years after. But no in between. If you don't find your marriage palatable, you'd know after a year of being in that marriage. By then, you won't have too many obligations. Maybe just a kid, if you're lucky. But people who persevere deserve to be in that marriage for at least the next ten years. It won't be fair to the kids if you ended the marriage while they're still very young. Give it ten years. Then end the marriage. Finally, there's no other option. Once all your kids are adults, there really is no reason why you're sticking around. Please note that still, there are certain actions that are unforgivable and the marriage has to be terminated immediately. 1. Repeated physical abuse and threat of bodily harm to spouse. 2. Repeated physical abuse and threat of bodily harm to kids. 3. Sexual abuse or misconduct of any kind to either spouse or kids. 4. Criminality and threat to public (should also be reported to police). 5. Homicide, murder, sexual abuse to anyone |
Wow are these sick twisted demented bastarâds that usually come up with these fake stories just to get engagement on their posts. I'm sure it's all coming from the same guy who's trying to drive traffic to his signature or something. Who ever that is, hope thunder fires that idiöt |
YOU CAN'T SUPPORT BECAUSE NON OF THEM ARE MEMBERS OF APP SIMPLE |
But hold on, the man isn't arrested though? Crazy |
slowpoke, will you give them job |
There was a time in this country when intellect was a trend. But now, it seems Nigerians are getting increasing dumber |
Take it to the police. One of the reasons why Nigerians are the way they are is because most of our family members keep covering up our crimes. The girl would have to face the music of the horrible thing she did. She's almost an adult already and you just can't imagine what she did to your daughter. The first thing you should have done is to have your daughter checked in at the hospital. The doctor needs to confirm your fears. And the report is also admissible in court. Please, and I repwat, DON'T try to cover it up. Don't cover evil up. Remember, no one really changes in this world. A person that can carry out such heinous act is beyond the part of saving. Most of those people are mad dogs. Hell, your daughter's safety should be paramount. It should even exceed your own. You'll know the true caliber of a man your husband is should you choose to press charges and go with it. If your husband takes his family's side or tries to prevent you, then you have to boot the man. Remember, this crap is the kind of stuff that makes someone become sexually misaligned much later in life. Your daughter could 1. Become a sex addict 2. Become a lesbian 3. Become a sexual abuser herself. Doing the very same thing. (Note, that girl that did it to your daughter, who knows what must have happened to her to develop such a bleeped up mentality). 4. Do the opposite and abstain from sex for the rest of her life. 5. Just end up mentally bleeped or rëtarded Either way, you have to do things before this blows. First look for a doctor for your daughter, then press charges, then try to look for a therapist to help your daughter process this here and now. Especially as she keeps bringing the act up. GET DOING SOMETHING. Remember, it's not about you or what you want. It's now down to your child's safety and that takes precedence even over your marriage |
