Pls is there how I can explain the manifold to a lay man. The car was diagnosed with a machine and o2 sensor with Air flow meter was the issue found. Going to fix that today

Let them check the exhaust thoroughly, from the manifold inside the engine bay to the tail pipe.
Most likely a bad exhaust manifold gasket

The exhaust has been thoroughly checked and no sign of leaking.
For the number 2 option, how can it be fixed please

I'm not sure but I think one of these could be the problem:
1. Exhaust pipe is leaking underneath the car and the smoke is finding its way into the car.
2. Engine is emitting smoke from the exhaust manifold and the smoke is finding its way into the cabin probably due to depleted firewall (The wall that seperates the engine compartment from the dashboard inside the car).
3. The basic thing is that the engine is already smoking probably due to worn out rings, valve seals or using wrong oil grade for a long time.
Car gurus, I stand to be corrected.

We suspected that too but the exhaust isn't leaking

I don't think it is the tyre cos it is well placed and same as it was when the car wasn't peppering the eye
And this happens both when windows are up and down.
One even can perceive the smell of the not-so-clean air
Where the smoke is coming from seem to be unknown even after a rewire checked

Another option, tyres may be rubbing against the wheel arch sending dust into the cabin. Does this happen when the windows are wound up or down?

Any other are either red list carriers, need transit visa or are not just worth it seeing as they are just as expensive as the direct flights

Go with your evidence of payment and your international passport that’s all

How long? It depends on your time of appointment, if you have 7:30 as your appointment time, you should be done by 12 noon but if 8:30 upward be prepared to leave by 2pm depending on number though

Don't try to put yourself under tight corner without explanation. You can't just sent only your updated bank statement, try include a reason you are yet to apply for a new visa to correct the refusal.

You may say you have decided to further your studies in the UK instead of holiday making.....tell them reason you now prefer uk than other country, Please start with the undernoted and join this in second paragraph.

Just go back to that mail you sent earlier to the person issuing the cas, reply by saying,

further to my earlier mail and the attached refusal letter, please be informed that my refusal was majorly due to my inexperienced in handling visiting visa-related applications (or whatever visa you were denied), hence the reason my income and financial statement were misconstrued. (They know you're a green horn)

I will be grateful if my Cas is processed in due time to enable me further process my student visa. Thank you for your understanding.

I’m yet to receive CAS.....I was asked to send my refusal letter which I did and I received a mail the following day that my refusal is recent and was base on financial issues that I should tell them how my reasons for denial has changed.....so I replied the mail with my bank statement........ I got admitted within ten days of application

No....you don’t need to show pof before collecting your CAS

Not at all, they want integrity, it won't have any effect on your CAS issuance. They know you're not perfect and your reason for refusal is to just confirm is not a criminal related issue.

My heart is shaking right now cos I’m done with the TB test and the address of the school is already on the certificate even my POF is ready since April

University of south wales refused to issue me CAS because of my two prior canada study visa refusal despite paying £5900 tuition deposit, submitting POF and tb test.Time and efforts wasted !!
Thank God I had 3 other unconditional offers.
