1. Age
2. Qualifications (1st Class, 2.1, Msc etc)
3. Relevant Certifications/Membership of Professional Bodies (EH especially)
4. Discipline
5. CBT score
6. Interview score
7. Special Recommendation

The top scorers will now have to battle with the available regional/state slots/quota based of FCC.

Y'all were told before the interviews that there'll be reimbursements for everyone hence the reason for dropping account numbers in the first place. Reimbursement does not determine who gets or does not get APL.

It is in human nature to create panic or discredit other people's story when it does not favour a particular faction, hence the resultant proliferation of the theories and the "I no want Tf" comments, it happens even in politics.

For those of you who have received tf, good for you, you can now look forward to APL, for those who are yet to receive, pls look forward to both, there is no need for either party to create panic with either of the 1% theory or Access theory, it is not helping. Not everyone has the nerve of steel like you do, let's tread carefully. God bless us all.

You have passed the CBT stage and so I think it won't be used .I can't defend what I don't agree with .
By the way ,why would you need to go back to CBT when you already passed (abi them never mark am?)and there are many more variables to be considered .
CBT tested your basic knowledge, you passed ,moved to oral interview, your skill(s)( hard and soft) were tested .You 'll pass to the next stage with that .

Why your schools no dey ignore assignments and tests and just judge based on exams alone? See no one get nnpc evaluation template for hand.... All na guess.

But be sure that the 3 three domains will all be put to test.... The cognitive (cbt), affective (oral) and psychomotive (training) will all be summated later to determine who get what and what at last.

CBT is a structured test (what you do is what you get) while oral tests can be subjected to biased judgment of the interviewer(s). Why do u even think the panel was made up of several members from several geopolitical zones instead of just one person to cut cost?

All organisations are aware that humans emotions cannot be depended on in critical cases that is why they need several people to score you and get an average score from them.

So I think CBT holds a lot of water more than other theories here.
