I agree with people who posit that this country was not properly planned.

The high concentration of military infrastructure and hardware in Kaduna alone, leaves questions in every sane mind.

Tells you how much they follow up the Nigeria Social media space.
Not necessarily. Most of these whites even believe Africa is one country. If you're an X regular, you'll understand that you'll easily bump into global trends, especially if you share mutuals with people of other continents.

I'm sure they just found the trend appealing, hence their eagerness to participate.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Trump's Assassination Attempt: US Secret Service Director, Cheatle Resigns by BoldBrainz(m): 3:59pm On Jul 23, 2024
Her resignation was a matter of necessity. Trump's attempted assassination was an indication of inefficiency in the Secret Service under her watch, especially as it bears down in an election year.

More heads will roll in the days ahead. First, Biden's concession then Cheatle's resignation. The days ahead are heavily pregnant.

Travel › Re: Global Liveability Index 2024: Lagos Ranked 170 Out Of 173 by BoldBrainz(m): 12:52pm On Jul 22, 2024
😊.

See, let's be honest.

Lagos is hell on earth. Yes, it's an emerging city because it is viable enough to stand as the economic capital of Nigeria, but life on the Lagos streets is hell. You spend half of your life in traffic. The noise in Lagos can permanently raise your blood pressure and you won't even know it.

There's proven statistics that living in Lagos reduces your lifespan by ten years and it's true. We can argue it however we want for political correctness, but you and I know Lagos is not a healthy environment, bar even the countless societal vices.

Religion indeed makes people stupid! Idiot be polluting the seas with plastic garbage, when very basic knowledge should have taught him that such waste can float for hundreds of years and pose a hazard to water bodies.

With his irregular dentition, he's more concerned about creating comical contents to impress his gullible christian flock.

helinues:
Tbh, Ruto is a weak president

His mistakes about the protest was not to have engaged the social media influencers and explain details the reason why initiating the finance bill, the consequences of not passing it.

What he should have done earlier is what he is doing now.. Cart before the horse
It's disheartening how some of you Nigerians reason simply because you have been conditioned to trade the over-all well-being of the general populace for your personal aggrandizements.

Just imagine the nonsense coming out of your brain! You're unashamedly admitting to the propaganda tools that the current government has been using the likes of you to propagate. Pay social media influencers to twist factual narratives to suit selfish political interests. You're so washed up to the point you actually believe that's a normal way of governance while your own people suffer the pangs of daily biting hunger.

You're very irritating Helinues, and only god knows that MannaBBQ's horrid existence in Buhari's years wasn't even this appalling!

Pretty girls love ugly boys because she knows he has no choice but stay with her.

Where is he going to find another her?? cheesy

They avoid fine boys and disguise it as hard to get because those ones don't see them as special and can dump them anytime. Females lack self esteem.

Don't let any bitch fool you with lies.
Mr Eazi is not ugly. You must be seeing things.

Israel funded hamas. CIA founder Isis Barack Obama is the founder of Islam.

Netenyahu wasn't even a prime minister when Hamas was formed.

It was Israel that told Hamas to include the destruction of Israel in their chater. You know to make it authentic.

Hmm!

Those who killed that mammal can kill humans without remorse.
You don't need to sound irritatingly woke to appeal to your pretentious audience. Even in saner climes, people hunt game for food, whether in the water or forests. Eat whatever animal you find edible and can lay hands on. The world has too many hunger concerns to care about issues of feigned morality.

Imagine humans who butcher each other on a daily basis out of hate but worrying about the lives of lesser animals. Mtscheew!
Sports › Re: ESPN Ranks The 25 Best African Athletes Of The Century. Oshoala Is Number 9 by BoldBrainz(m): 11:13am On Jul 20, 2024
naptu2:
Eusebio was from Mozambique, was he ever shortlisted for African Player of the Year?

Marcel Desailly is from Ghana, has he ever been shortlisted for African Footballer of the Year?

Saka is from Nigeria, has he ever been shortlisted for African or even Nigerian Player of the Year.

Besides, ESPN is an American channel, they consider place of birth.
Your last paragraph clearly spells out the favouritism in the compilation of that absurd list. By virtue of merit, at least we all can agree that the list is lacking substance.

It is even the idea of Usman Kamaru making it into the top twenty-five above AJ and Mikel Obi getting a notable mention that's amounting to total absurdity.

Which country did Anthony Joshua represent at the Olympics abd where was he born?
Are you actually trying to discredit his Nigerian roots over claims of his birth place and preferred choice of national representation? Was he not in this same country at some point to "dobale" for your leaders and his Yoruba elders? Does he not fly the Nigerian colours in most boxing rings?
Sports › Re: ESPN Ranks The 25 Best African Athletes Of The Century. Oshoala Is Number 9 by BoldBrainz(m): 10:39am On Jul 20, 2024

Stop talking nonsense with confidence!

One can garner life related experiences from decades of societal and intellectual exposure but still sound like a proper idiot. It is no longer news that Wole Soyinka has been veering off the rails for some time now, probably due to biological inhibitions occasioned by old age.

Stop deifying people with obvious cognitive deficiencies over their past glories. After all, it is no longer news that the hypocrite is entirely responsible for the cultism menace that's becoming a worrisome scourge in the fabric of the Nigerian society today.

WannaHowzit:
Yes, it seems SA prisons are better than Zim, Moz and Nigeria (the major source crime countries in SA). That's why the country is one huge crime scene. SA is the hotel - and prison the presidential suite.
You whinge daily about how migrants disrespect your country as their host and flout stipulated rules of behaviour, yet come on Nairaland (an indigenous Nigerian forum) to habitually lampoon Nigeria as a country in flagrant disregard of this forum's standing rules of engagement and most often without provocation.

It beggars the question as to how different you are in reasoning when put at par with the migrant dissidents in your country.
