That's not true. Please read section 179 of the 1999 constitution (as amended) from subsection 1 to 5. Subsection 3, 4 and 5 focuses on runoff elections!

This case wouldn't be about proving the elections were rigged, pockets of violence or there was over voting and all that could affect the outcome of the election. The case will just focus on interpreting section 179(2) and determining if the candidate declared winner met this condition. No much documents needed in court only the final result sheet signed and stamped by the returning officer Prof. Otunta and all the party agents. One month is even too much if we have a serious Judiciary.
