Is it a pc? If its a pc it prolly from your outdated usb port driver.. You will need to update it and you can do so by going to device manager and going to ports then right click and update driver. Or you can download 'driver booster' from filehippo . Com. It shows you all your outdated drivers and their updates.. I hope this helps.

the same thing is also happening to me i believe its from the network(i.e mtn).. it has stopped a lot of work with me too sef, as i can't open important websites also but i am only able to open nairaland, facebook and some other rubbish websites. I even downloaded a newly tweaked simple server and still the same problem, its just so annoying. I believe its from empty hen.

yea it is very safe and i strongly advise the update the update sums up to about 3.2GB..
only drawback is that it tracks/monitors its user alot but there are some apps that stop its tracking/monitoring features
