Hushpuppi - Big Boy Mompha - Big Boy Obaseki - Big Boy Yet no one really knows the source(s) of their income, the worse is that some young lads are looking up to them as role models. Only God knows what morality will be in 20 years to come. |
okkkk |
Kudos to you. You did the right thing. |
He did the right thing, if not for the low level of industrialisation, I don't expect any forward thinking youth to think of working in the civil service. The Nigerian civil service kills innovation and breeds lazy people. Ever wondered why a banker who works almost 9 hours every day and sometimes go to work on weekends will suddenly resign and establish his business and a civil servant who goes late to work, closes early and hardly goes to work on weekends for 30 - 35 years still live in penury without other source(s) of income. |
All the examples that IPOB being citing are getting smashed on daily basis. It was Scotland, then Brexit and now Catalonia. Maybe, na Western Sahara dem go use next. |
[s] raker300:[/s] He pain am! Don't you want to observe Ofe Nsala day again? |
Same people who have always criticised others who said Nigeria's unity is non-negotiable are the same people telling us Igbo Presidency is non-negotiable. Presidency is a thing of negotiation and alliance between conflicting interests and the Igbos have not been doing well in building bridges of friendship. The silence of Ohaneze Ndigbo during the madness of Kanu is something that is coming back to haunt them in 2023. BTW, who do the Igbos want to present that has a national clout to win the south alone not to talk of the north? |
All right |

Immatex:God bless you bro. Ironically, people from that region will never see the bad governance in their states. In fact, they return their bad leaders to the Senate like T.A Orji. For the past 3 weeks, we've seen laudable projects being commissioned in Osun state yet not one thread on projects (except Zuma statue) commissioned in the whole 5 SE states in the past 2 months. There's something fundamentally wrong people who see the worse in Benue and Kogi states and ignore the misgovernace in Abia for the past 18 years. |
See the Common Nonsense Tweeting Senator there in a jocular manner. Later, he'll come on social media to preach as if he's not part of those who are milking the country dry. He can only appeal to some people's emotions but I won't mention names. |
But you stole EVERYBODY'S NAIRA. Nonsense! |
Like Tonto Dike, IPOB riff raffs will say the video was edited. I can imagine the pains in the hearts of IPOB e-warlords here on Nairaland. |
All righ |
In International Politics, RECOGNITION (especially by the big powers) is the most important characteristic of a state as it boost the legitimacy of the government and provide avenue for international trade. This is what the likes of Kanu do not know, that the big powers in their own interests will not recognize the secession of any state any longer because of heir national interests. And going by the stances of these powers as regards PALESTINE, the KURDS and now CATALONIA, I think those chanting secession here in Nigeria should see the hand writing on the wall. Moreover, the last successful SECESSION that took place in 2011 (South Sudan) has created more humanitarian problems to the world than its intention of peace thus no one is ready to listen to anything secession or referendum. |
You mean the same UK,US and other power that our brothers here in Nigeria are hoping will support them? ![]() Adonbilivit! |
Ironically, people from here will be the first to tag Osun a village. Pictures from the SE have not been encouraging in recent times. |
Wetin concern me? It's their problem. Anyways, our judicial system needs serious reforms so as to enhance speedy execution of justice. |
Ok |
Nigeria needs young leaders, we're spending too much on maintaining these leaders. However, people like Dino and Bello are not making arguments for the youths easy. But the time will come. |
President Buhari should do Nigerians good by resigning. His government has been hijacked and obviously does not control it again. All these Maina, Aso Rock Clinic, NNPC among others allegations are just few among the swathes of misdeeds perpetrated under the President's nose. Since he is not ready to step on toes, he should resign. Simple. |
You can't just tell Nigerians to ignore an hefty allegation as this. Counter Maina's family with incontrovertible facts and not babblings. The Presidency knew about his reinstatement, they are only trying to save face. |
Bayelsa has been in the news for good reasons in recent time. I commend Governor Dickson for investing so much in the education sector of his state. He is really laying a serious foundation for solid and sound education in Bayelsa. When someone does well, such person deserves commendation irrespective of party lines. Nevertheless, Dickson needs to address the salary backlogs in his state. |

Mama Piss and Mrs Diezani, Sarekiri must be part owners in such unclaimed monies. It is hard for these three not to have hands in huge money laundering cases in Nigeria. |
If not the fact that such monies were gotten through illegal means, why would anyone to leave his money unidentified and unclaimed since BVN commenced way back in 2014? This is a right step in the right direction. |
Operation Shark Laughter is on its way. Let see how you will hunt sharks then. |
OZAOEKPE:Coastal cities are not bail out monies that the government can dash out, more so what stopped the other coastal states from emulating Lagos? Much of today's Dubai were once deserts, so no excuse about being landlocked. |
