But my worries is there is a way the govt can make the place work to maintain its self, get a first class restaurant that sales only our food, get a world class library and galleries that are very rich with Akwa ibom history, in fact if well planned it can be a tourist site in another Man's land, there are more Akwa ibomites in Lagos than anywhere outside our state.[/s]
