With the kidnap of the Igbonla boys some months ago, notorious kidnappers such as Evans must be thoroughly and speedily prosecuted so as to make him a deterrence to others

Heard that the dredging at Iyana Oworoshonki is for a world class boat Jetty,

Ilubirin project too is ongoing and last night I was amazed at the massive clearance at the Obalende Flyover,

They are too much to mention

Then I begin to wonder, how the 'developers' claim they develop Lagos when we've had the likes of Mobolaji Johnson, Jakande,Marwa, BAT, Fasola and Ambode.

PS: Don't mention tax, we know the real taxpayers.

This country still has a long way to go,

Despite all the money we made during the oil boom, we could not even upgrade our civil service through automation and prevent frauds as this,

It was even hard for the previous governments to implement TSA, everyone was just stealing here and there,

How on earth would states keep back N115b since 2005 and everything is just coming to light 12 years later?

What would it cost us to be serious for once in this country?

India Police have arrested two Nigerians over their involvement in a drug racket.

The Police seized 300 grammes of cocaine, 42 grammes MDMA (methylenedioxymethamphetamine), three LSD biscuits from their possession, the Weekend Leader reported.

Seven others including two Africans were nabbed over the crime on Wednesday.

A car, an air gun and mobile phones were also seized from the accused by the sleuths of the Commissioner’s Task Force.

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Task Force, Limba Reddy, said six accused including the Africans were arrested in Banjara Hills when they trying to sell the drugs.

Two Nigerians have been identified as 37-year-old Chika Ohycowusi and 32-year-old Lucky Bongani. They were allegedly supplying the contraband from Goa.

In another operation, the Task Force arrested three accused linked to the same racket from the Masab Tank area of the city.

The police were trying to identify the customers of these peddlers.

The new racket came to light even as the enforcement wing of the Prohibition and Excise Department of Telangana is continuing its probe into the sensational drug racket busted earlier this month.

The Special Investigation Team has so far arrested 13 drug peddlers, who were supplying drugs to school and college students and Tollywood celebrities.

The SIT has summoned 12 artistes from the Telugu film industry including some leading actors and actresses for questioning in the earlier case.

On the first day of the questioning, director Puri Jagannadh appeared before the SIT officials on Wednesday.

Those arrested in this case include US citizen Dundu Anish, an aerospace engineer who had earlier worked with the NASA, and seven B.Tech graduates, most of whom were working for multinational companies.

When their self professed son GEJ was in power,

They saw him work on the Abuja-Kaduna rail road,

They saw him construct roads in the north and build Alamajiri schools,

The Igbo elders were more interested in money sharing and not infrastructural development,

Politics is all about interests,

Reason why we SWers are wiser, now that we are are the center, all rail projects have been initiated from Lagos(Lagos-Ibadan, Lagos-Kano, Lagos-Calabar)

Road projects too are not left out. (Lagos Ibadan Exp Way must be concluded)

That is what politics is all about-interests and not gragratic emotions.

Let Osun and Oyo states source for the fund and pay off the salaries of the workers,

They should also not take in students for the next four years so as to make plans to privatize the university once and for all since they cannot manage it.

You cannot be unduly wasting students' futures over backlogs of salaries,

Let them sell it to Covenant or other serious tertiary education provider,

Our governments are poor at managing things
