This is so, to maintain chain of command.

Fellow Nairalaners, if only the authority are ready to review the Navy I know very well, some of us has pass through the service and preffer to retire voluntarily and I am not regretting the decision.
I served in Nigerian Navy between January 1983 and 2001. In between i attended Nigerian Army Medical School in Ojo and did my practical in Nigerian Air force Central laboratory in Local airport. Operationally, I served in Anti Bunkering situated in Warri and later transform to NNS Umalokun 1985, In 1986 I served in NNS Borokiri Port Harcourt. I also served in Escort Team of Captain Ubitu Ukiwe when he was the Naval officer commanding Western Naval command. I voluntarily retired in NNS Umalokun. Welfare, recruitment strategy, condition of services and other need reforms and is over due. Navy condition of services are quite different from other services. Navy/ sailor are employed 24/7 when in operation and that is how the colonial master designed and operate Navy all over the world. But General Sani Abacha collaspsed all that and unify and nobody from the Nigerian Navy that can expalin to the General when he was Chief of Defence Staff. The proces of demotivating the personnel actually started from Admiral Muritala Nyako as Chief of Naval Staff immediately after Colonel Oka's coup!

Sorry for my delay. I forgot to tell you I am a lecturer at a state university. Thank you all for your concern. I was able to find a solution after all. My experience may help some1. I eventually paid a visit to the school and the lecturer's office personally without my daughter's knowledge. I was in front of his office very early. As he was entering his office I stood up where I was and approached him ( I retired from the military) and a little threat and lengthy introduction, and he apologised profusely and we later ended up in a beer parlour where I gave him some money (Call it peace offering)

That scene is not good for academics! The Lecturer allows his ego to take over him. There are several procedures to deal with such without resulting in violence. The Lecturer is in charge of the class and he must be in charge in line with the rules and regulations of the School. He is not right for punching her. If she retaliates or faints what will happen? It will be assumed that she is defending herself. Solution: I am a lecturer and not your father, I will not allow you to disturb or distract other students in my class. The first thing to do is to order to silence the phone, secondly, I will order her out of the class. Thirdly I will call in security personnel to bundle her off the class and detain her until I am ready.

I have been a tenant in a particular flat in block of flats since 2001 till date, I did not owe rent. I pay when is due and even when the owner increase the rent without notification. The Land lady just invite me for a chat last month where she inform me that she is going to sell the property as a result of old age. And he need the month in a month.
She offer to sell at N6 million initially and I offer 4.5 but she refused and call in agents who push the cost up to N8 Million and the Land Lady refused my offer of 7.5 Million. Please help me, I need an expert advice especially an insurance guru. Five (5) years, I accepted a saving policy plan which I was asked to insured with two thousand (2,000) naira. There and then I enter into it with a stand order to my bank account for deduction of sum of Ten thousand (10,000) Naira monthly which has been deducted ever since. In the policy, it was stated that the my premium will amount to one hundred and twenty Naira (120,000) annually and for the duration the total premium will amount six hundred Thousand (600,000) with expected rate of interest at 5% compounded to six hundred and fifty three thousand, six hundred and fifty three seventy two kobo (653,695.72) which is the estimated maturity expected. The policy maturity date of 31 July 2022. I visited their headquarter today along Marina Lagos and estimate they calculated was five hundred and fifty three thousand.
Please can someone enlighten me on how is calculated that rather than pay me my investment, my investment reduced by almost 20% without borrowing from them. I reported the case on February 4, 2020 to Area M In Idimu where I was ask to pay 10k for tracking. I send petition to Commissioner of Police in Lagos State which they acknowledged and the case was allocated to IGP IRT in Ikeja last Wednesday and I was called.
I wrote a statement detail what happen to date. It was allocated to DCP in the office. I was asked to direct all those affected to thier office.
Despite all these The Scammer is still carring on as if nothing happen!

Please help me stop this criminal activities by a hacker with gsm no 07069605736 who on the 3rd of February 2020 at 3 pm. Advertised a seminar on Facebook been organise on Wats app at about 4:30pm and he want me to partake in it. he ask for my wats app no and ask me to switch my phone off for 10 minutes that is when i suspect foul play.
I quickly re logging to my Facebook with E-Mail davebabajide@gmail.com he hacked it and block my access to it and also my wats app account with 0806-012-6169. I used the alternate Facebook account davebabajide@yahoo.com to inform my contact not to transact any business he also hacked and block it. He has been using my accounts to contact all my friends and all my contact asking them to get involve in certain dubious business. He has registered a glo sim card 0905-538-0178 using my name David Babajide.
Mr Bello Bolaji at about 4pm call to inform me that he has invested a sum of N30,000 and that he has been blocked. He paid into this account Ekwebelem Uzochukwu Union Bank Account No; 0129177695.
Lately some of my ex-student on my contact also call to inform me that he has been defrauded of sum of N30,000. The account details use are Ekwebelem Uzochukwu Union Bank Account No; 0129177695 and also Ekwebelem Uzochukwu Fcmb Account No 6616198013. At about 8:00 Am this morning (05/02/2020) My old student Mr Jide Ijimakinwa which I have not communicated with for pass four (4) years call to inform me that the Fraudster persuade him to invest into a business in which he invested sum of 100,000 naira into two accounts-the details are; Timothy Agi Zenith Bank Account No 2281181436 and Umoh Promise First bank Account no: 3146980351. .
Please help stop the activities of this fraudster and his accomplices who are still actively using my account.
