Nigeria go survive
PoliticsRe: Nigeria’s Losing Its Importance In The World, US Envoys Warn by Bomi(m): 6:02pm On Dec 15, 2009
A word is enough for the WISE shocked Nigeria is losing ground fast! Nigeria is taking a giant step backward everyday! It is not the issue of The ex ambassadors! neither is the issue of President Yardua. It is rather the case of the so call 'OWNER OF NIGERIA'. you can imagine when there interest is compromise they will speak out otherwise they keep off and remain invisible! example when Obj show interest in second time check out the list of his antagonist giving excuse that Obj only sign one term with them! Mortgage the destiny of 180 million Nigerian and the yet unborn by themselves. Recently I learnt that Gov Fashola of Lagos is not a card carring member of AC! what an absurdity call Nigeria.

First of all we don't have a political party in the like of Action group, National Party of Nigeria what we have now is an association the comity of like mind interest in raping and looting. The head among them is selected by how many and the level of crime you can commit and get away or the level of protection they can secure for you in time of cash and kind and patronage!

Niger Delta case is yet over-Because ILE TI A FI ITO MO The foundation is faulty and is just an encouragement to some group both leaders and the lead not included in the equation to regroup and make their voice know no wonder companies and firms are leaving in droves to further increase the problem. And somebody is busy campaigning for patriotism.
CareerRe: Mass Sacking Looms At Oceanic Bank by Bomi(m): 5:38pm On Dec 15, 2009
Hey Guys why is that when 'Big Man' Mess Poor man will carry the chit! huh This country is tiresome! sad Imagine the pensioners that invest into these banks. you think that flimsy execuse by Lamido will enable see reason why the life saving will be wash down the drain! cool God dey! I think the investors deserve the bailout or what is this government saying to the public about investing in Nigeria talkless of the outsiders.
THINK IT WELL GOVERNMENT DOES NOT HAVE A DIME IN THE BANKS AND IT SHOULD NOT DICTATE HOW THE BANKS SHOULD BE RUN!
CBN governor has not solve the issue of the large stock of money in the vault of the banks that has not been engage in anything or is the money for show off in the name of risk management?
Ca n The Mr Governor tell Nigeria what happen to the he subscribe to while in First Bank that went awry with ILL of London?
Now it is the season of sacking! SOLUTION ENOUGH IS ENOUGH LET ALL THE WORKERS IN THE BANKS COME TOGETHER AT ONCE BECAUSE IT IS NOT YOUR TURN TODAY WILL NOT MEAN THEY WILL NOT COME FOR YOU TOMMORROW. LET ALL THE WORKERS ASK QUESTIONS! LET ALL THE SHARE HOLDERS ASK QUESTIONS! WHY THE BANK CEOs ARE BEEN PERSUADED NOT TO SEEK REDRESS! IT ONLY US THAT CAN HELP THIS COUNTRY TO DO THE RIGHT THING  shocked
PoliticsRe: Nkem Owoh, Aka Osuofia Freed For N1.4m To Balance N100k by Bomi(m): 12:17pm On Nov 17, 2009
Kidnapping business has become an eye opener! Just think of it how corruption is the in thing in Nigeria. Disgracing Nigeria nationhood from Aso rock down to Balyesa state house! what a the disgrace according to Prof Pat Utomi in the Businessday of Monday 16 November where he catalogue the ills of a Nation! Mr President refusing to address the UN assembly choosing instead to go and open a damn university in Saudi, to double standard of government official on Ibori and his co travellers the thing continue on and on. Where is the position of the common man in all this.

Kidnapping is another economic mean of redistributing Nigerian wealth. A country that can not paid the pensioners including the military pensioners what else do you expect. my grues with these guys are that they zero in on another common man sometime but I don't blame them sha.

By the time Nigeria allow the unemployed mass graduates enter into the trade Nigeria will be unbearable for all this embezzlers and the so call policy makers.
A word is good enough for the wise.
PoliticsRe: Ribadu Lodged $15m Ibori’s Bribe With CBN – Waziri by Bomi(m): 1:00pm On Nov 07, 2009
It always beat why Nigeria normally ignore main issue and embrace the chaff huh. The fact here is that it is not Obasanjo that is doing selective punishment (Ibori, 2005) shocked or ethnic cleanse (Urji Kalu, 2005) embarassed or rather on loyalty (Tinubu, 2005) sad. It is clear that Nigeria leaders are corrupt bunch cry. So the spade should be call a spade. This is enough for civil disobedience, enough for the human right to stand up and say enough is enough Nigeria must survive undecided.

PoliticsRe: Akingbola Defies Efcc; How He Escaped To London by Bomi(m): 6:50pm On Aug 21, 2009
The whole drama look like charade to me. The following questions still baffles me:
1. When did Nigeria law permit someone to accuse another and found him guilt and at the same time acting as the persecutor? shocked
2. Is there nothing like corporate governance in Nigeria anymore; I feel if CBN Governor find anything wrong in any private company there should be a process of alerting the owners and due process will follow? embarassed
3. With the aftermath of thing now, if any other banks are found guilty will he be able to sack them any more? angry
4. Don't people have right to borrow money to do business and follow the agreed time of repayment? embarassed
Please those of you praising Sanusi should help answer these questions and I have a strong conviction that Northern hidden agenda is been pursue here. With the latest one been Islamic Banking. Are we in another era of OIC? sad
GOD HELP NIGERIA! cool
PoliticsRe: John Nwodo Arrested By Sss For Inciting Army To Interfere In Politics by Bomi(m): 6:32pm On Aug 21, 2009
What you should all know is that the military hierarchy has gone beyond the zombie level if they should obey orders allow these self centered civilian to run the country aground the way they are going then the military will be the first to face the fire example abound- Liberia case is a good example. In Liberia because of the selfishness of few politician the country was put on flame for so many years. Both the loyal and the rebel are soldiers making career in a professional job acting like zombie. Who remember how many soldiers were killed in there. They die at the cause of duties. The only thing the world remember is how many civilian loss their life. In the first place the soldiers are Nigerians and they have stake in the country more than the so call politician. If today anything happen to the country The Bankoles, The Tinubus will only go back to where they come from and don't you forget that all of them have houses in various countries.
Whoever can speak let them speak and put the country right before some of us actually carry arms against the cancerworm and the locust in politics.
PoliticsRe: 1 Million March Protest Against Power Failure (phcn) In Nigeria by Bomi(m): 6:14pm On Jul 28, 2009
Thanks to all caring Nigeria! This coast is becoming clear, with the utterances from our leaders showing insensitivity to the plight of Nigerians who elect them. With 40% increment offer to Academic Staff Union of Universities in Nigeria bring the minimum wage to 80,000 Naira with the  least political- Councillor of a local government on 130,000 in the same country where a senator earn as much as 10 million Naira monthly, removal of the petroleum university to Kaduna at this very sensitivy time and the later denial which will amount to non release of the fund earmarked for the project. The last straw that will break the camel's back will be the non payment of arrears of Retired military personnel's  pension for about seven years now! I am young retired from the Navy a trained gunners and ready to go! That is what will solve the country's problem not protest- the cabal will not hear that. Am good to go with the motivation that and prediction that Nigeria will break up soonest!

PoliticsRe: Fashola Shuts Aswani Market by Bomi(m): 2:56pm On Jan 31, 2009
All the comments above I agree to but let's think for a minuet please! Yes Fashola brought a refreshing different to governace in the country! Yes he has a vision, turning Lagos into a mega city will require people! for our SAN to be treathen that we should leave Lagos- for who remember 'soja go soja come we will be here when a good governace will be entrench in Lagos! and not 'padi padi Governor like our SAN whose priority is to sunk borehole for single purpose of wetting flowers and the people of the state do not have access to either portable or otherwise water! A state-would be mega city where there is no provision for housing for the citizen who make the mega city what it is! A state where road construction has become more important than the citizen! Before you become bored think of this "Omo ti ako ko ni yi o gbe ile ti a ko ta" Now think of this:
1. This exercise has been witness in the past both Military and civilian regime in Lagos State and other part of the country.
2. Fashola is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria- so he is aware of the law of the land
3. Those shanty markets and road side shops are paying tax both to local government and the state government
4. Now this- this exercise only affect the poor where is the position of Fasola on the the scenario of Dangote's business empire that extended his trailer to the main road betwen barrack and Finiger along okoko-Mile2 road and the poor woman selling ugwu along iyana Iba has is wares confiscated and bundled into a black maria
5. What happen to Ikoyi/VI/Lekki/Ajah's road side trader that turn the road to their show room. What about the proliferation of parks in Oshodi Iyana Iba, Iyana Ipaja and co are they above the law or below it?
Yes the SAN is doing a good job but where is the position of dialogue that characterise democracy. And come to think of this if the SAN or his party has rely on the popular votes of the masses he will have been call to order.
Let the SAN know right away that there is something you call simulation and research into an action that will affect million of Nigeria living in Lagos. Nigerian Will not be build on try and error.
PoliticsRe: Ribadu Dragged Out Of NIPSS Graduation And Arrested by Bomi(m): 6:39pm On Nov 24, 2008
What is this country turning to! Oh my God. The country where Chukwumerije can be seated in national assembly and be heard! With all the propaganda of June 12? Is it that we don't have sense of history? embarassed Country where the like of Ribadu can be openly persecuted by the so call Messiah of Nigeria, country where those accuse of corruption can be having upper hand against the whole nation! This is not about Ribadu, it is about Nigeria, It is about the future of The country.

Haba all right thinking Nigeria should rise up and be counted on the side on the side of the Truth!

Yes Riabdu may be fighting Obj's war but a precedent has been set! President that turn round to accuse his Vice has left his flank open for probe.

Let talk reasonably about this condemn it highly so that Nigeria may not be complete fool as whites use to say.

Dear Nairalanders,

Even the state government at least in a week, then the former President with all the who is who in Nigeria lobbying for contract, post and the rest! My friend posit that since the road did not require awarding of contract then it not noticed. Eve our journalists did not think is important! An International road for that matter! Please enlighten me it seem am the only sane person around!

This is worth debating , if your name is not on the list is a signal for you to work hard.

On serious note, the richest Nigeria cannot come out and thier name will not be on the list. For a pointer Retired Admiral Mike Akhigbe Is stupidly rich. In the region of Fernadez but the monay is not clean. He cannot even come to acknowledge I billion Dollar. He has more that 12 merchant \tankers on the sea doing illegal bunkering and co. During Abacha regime he single handedly supply petroleum product to Canada using catels and 'Egbesu Boys" and with active support of Nigerian Navy.
YOU CANNOT QUANTIFY THIS MAN'S WEALTH
