The Warri born comedian and Wazobia fm on-air-personality, Iledia Granball Omoro Samson, simply known as Igos, and his sweetheart wife, did their traditional marriage today the 18th of July, 2013 in Lagos, Nigeria.

The couple's white wedding is slated to hold this Saturday, July 20th, 2013, at Ajao estate in Lagos.

The on-air-personality joined Wazobia fm in November 2010, and have worked with Yaw, Lolo, Matse, OPJ and hosts of others.

Omiwole Emmanuel, a six-month-old baby, according to Sun News, died following complications he suffered when his mother's one room apartment guttered by fire.

The incident happened at about 9pm yesterday, at Kolawole area of Oshogbo, Osun state, Nigeria.

The little boy was said to be sleeping inside the house when a fire was noticed inside his mother's room. The cause of the fire was a stick of candle on one of the tables in the room where he was sleeping.

Efforts made by the men of the state's fire service to rescue Emmanuel proved abortive as the little boy has given up before they quench the fire.

Emmanuel's mother, who got impregnated during her secondary school last year, was said to be weeping uncontrollable for the lost of her child.

The General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor Williams Kumuyi has offered to drop his position as the GS of the church due to the ongoing controversy trailing his son's wedding.

The Controversy:
Kumuyi's second son, John, and his wife Love wedded in Jamaica on June 15th, 2013 and the wife, Love, decked in attire different from the acceptable standard set for Deeper Life mambers by the church - a simple white cotton dress with no accessory, and makeup free.

Love was dressed in a fitted Cinderella wedding gown with a see through sleeves, wore a makeup, jewelry, and a bouquet of flower, and a huge throat-dripping cake. The couple also drove home in a limousine!

These generated myriad of controversies on social media, and criticism especially from the members of the church.

Though the couple felt remorseful and tendered an open apology but was declined by the father. They were later suspended from the church by the General Superintendent himself.

New Development:
According to Sunday Sun, the practice in the Deeper Life Church is that, if members' children misbehave, both the children and their parents get punished on the ground that it's the parents failing in their responsibilities.

It was learnt that during the meeting held by the leadership of the church concerning the issue, Pastor Kumuyi offered to resign as General Superintendent just to demonstrate there is no double standard in the church, but the members refused his request.

Two senators; Senator Kabir Garba Marafa of ANPP, Zamfara, and Senator Paulinus Igwe of PDP, Ebonyi nearly engaged in an altercation yesterday, July 3rd 2013, but was intervened by Senator Ahmed Lawan and some other Senators.

The reason for the brawl was a disagreement over the Zamfara state plans to procure firearms for the State's vigilante groups to combat the recent surge in armed banditry, robbery and other violent attacks in the state.

Senator Kabir Garba who is from Zamfara, was complaining that Senator Garba Mohammed (PDP, Kano) ought not not have sponsored a motion on any issue that has to do with Zamfara since he is not from Zamfara. Senator Kabir was of the view that the armed robbery attack was becoming too hard for the people and the state need to procure firearms for the Vigilante groups to combat the menace.

In the process, the chairman of the of Senate Committee on Police Affairs, Senator Igwe from Ebonyi state interfered and faulted Kabir Garba, saying that there won't be any procurement of arms for such unknown groups in law.

This resulted in Kabir hitting senator Igwe on the face literally!!!

Starboy Wizkid replaced his damaged 15million naira Porsche Panamera with a brand new one few weeks ago after crashing it in an accident. Some people saw this as lavishing money, and Wizzy was heavily criticized by fan for doing so, while he got congratulatory messages as well.

However, in a recent interview he granted Encomium Magazine, Wizkid addressed the issue saying that he works hard and he can spend his money anyhow he wants it.

"I needed to get another one because, after the accident, I didn't have a car and I have to move around. I started taking cabs before I decided to buy this new car to move around.
It is needed for work. And I don't think there is anything wrong in splashing millions in car. If someone works hard and decides to spent money on something that he thinks is good for him, why not? In fact, I don't think there is need to justify where it is wrong or not. I work hard and I will enjoy my money."

Fast-rising singer and former UK based comedian, Tunde Ednut was involved in a car accident on Sunday, June 30th, 2013. The incident occurred when Tunde was visiting the ailing OJB Jezreel's resident who is presently in need of 16million naira for a kidney transplant in India.

According to reports, a high speedy taxi driver rammed into the singer's vehicle, by the driver's side, damaging his white saloon car.

Tunde quickly took to twitter thanking God for saving his life.

"THANK YOU JESUS! THANK YOU LORD!! THANK YOU GOD!!!" he wrote on twitter

It's been fifteen days since Kim kardashian gave birth to her daughter, North West. Aside from wishing sister Khloe Kardashian a happy birthday on twitter, the twitter freak, Kim has kept an extremely low profile since the childbirth. She obviously has her hand full just being a new parent.

But we finally got to see the new mom when Khloe uploaded a picture of her (Kim) sleeping with her (Khloe) and Lamar Odom's dog on her facebook page.

Khloe K. accompanied the photo with the caption "I love my lil baby so much." Unfortunately, she wasn't referring to Kim's baby "Nori", she was referring to her boxer pup, Bernard.

Kim looks so tired in the picture. Yes being a new mom can be a tiring stuff, but Kim is obsessed with motherhood, she was reportedly enjoying every second of it.

Kim and Kanye have refused to share a photo of their new bundle of joy, 'North' because of their strong desire to keep their family life private, which is unlike Kim.

It was reported that even family members who want to visit North are required to sign a six page confidentiality agreement!

Anywayz, now that we have seen Kim's post-baby picture, we look forward to seeing the new baby "North West."

Billionaire businessman and Globalcom owner, Chief Mike Adenuga reportedly paid a whopping sum of 200million naira to secure a space for his burial spot in a cemetery.

The cemetery is at the Vaults and Garden, an ultra modern cemetery in Ikoyi, Lagos, situated beside Federal Radio Corporation Of Nigeria.

The cemetery which was opened in October 30th, 2006 by former Lagos state governor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has a spot for the rich and another spot for the "super" rich.

A space for the rich costs from N750,000 and above, while that of the "super" rich costs from N40million and above. There you will enjoy a lush lawn, a balcony, beautiful gate, garden, more space, and all that..

It was also reported that the billionaire's sister, Mrs Esther Osunade, who died in 2009 was buried at the few most expensive spot beside Gboyega, son of another super rich man.

Antonio Vasile, a 41-year-old pennsylvania man cut off his manhood in Ohio and cites George Bush as his motivation to do so.

According to police reports, Antonio was found screaming and bleeding all over his hands and shorts on a railroad property on Tuesday and he told police that he had just cut off his manhood.

When asked how he did it, Antonio said, "with an old rusty saw, but that didn't work so well so I used a broken bottle I found."

According to report, when asked why he did it? Antonio responded, "Bush made me do it."

Some stories indicate that he was referring to Busch Beer, a staple at college parties. While some reports claimed that he was referring to George Bush.

However, the police searched for Antonio's manhood and found it 100 feet from where he was. Antonio and his manhood was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
