Now concerning oyema, what is the problem of air peace in particular? You cannot book a flight with them and meet your appointment, impossible! The tell you 8.15 am flight, that flight will leave by 12. Several times I have had to beg hotels for extra time to checkout as one will receive message from air peace for 4 hrs delay.

You always like to feel above issue that has to do with the letter of the law but in many instances your comments on those issues doesn't reflect who you claimed you are. No learned lawyer will be talking or commenting put of blues the way you do on this forum. This made me to conclude that you're not a lawyer but a charge and bail one.

Like for example, look at the quote you dropped here. What is the relevance of the quote to the issue at hand? Even a lay man knows that supreme court pronouncement forms part of policy in law but not a law but a precedence that can be rely on in a related case but can still suffer review if not consistent with the letter of the law. In a later date, you may see another or set of supreme court justice(s) that may say the precedence is inconsistent with the constitution and at that point it would be review to suit the letter of the constitution, if the constitution not reviewed to suit the supreme court pronouncement.

Meanwhile, what this set of justices at the supreme court just did was to stamp the constitution on the head and create a new law not in tandem with the constitution and hence rendered section 162 of the constitution silent while not amended.
This is why many of the governors are just laughing at the foolery of some people. You people will hear from many governors in the year to come.

It's not your field, I don't expect you to appreciate the quote. Move on. The day you are called to the bar, we will argue about law.

There is no law that says a married woman must drop her ex husband’s name. So after she has changed her name she should go through the stress of changing it back ( passport, ID cards, bank accounts, company names, travelling with her child with different surname etc) . 😒

Her documents should reflect her true status. If she made changes to them, particularly with regards to her name after being married, after the dissolution of the marriage, she has to correct those documents.

Lol, this question you directed at that fellow is phrased in a way that implies the stampede was deliberate, hence the response you got. Hunger is not an excuse for stampede and no one used it as one. It was just an unfortunate incident. Stampede results from overcrowding and poor crowd management. Any little incident at the venue can trigger it.
