OKOATA: Thanks for that but my own is it would be best we go our separate ways. Well said sir. We really need to go our separate ways. Everyone knows this Union called Nigeria cannot do any us any good. Our case has become the case of a marriage where there is domestic violence. Instead of walking out of the marriage, the affected partner continues to hope that things would get better even though it is obvious that things would only get worst |

OKOATA: There are about 51 countries in Europe, Nigeria has I ve heard is bigger than Europe, why don't we just go the fuxk our separate ways is what I clamour on. It's not by force we should be equally yoked with the north, I am waiting for the day Ibo/Yoruba/ Middle belt can separate from this backward northerners, everything about the north represents backwardness to me. They are mediocres, primitive minds, evil and dark. I am waiting for the day we can be liberated from these foolish northerners where every streets and road will be tiled, 24 electricity, and a great security in the new Federation. One thing I know is that after buharis tenure these fulani guys will suffer and I hope they are alienated from the surface of the earth, I always see them as aliens, you see these cows walking on your street and shit will full eveeywhere on the street, Imagine the pollution, fulani belongs in the forest but sambisa forest, that's where these evil beasts belong. Sir, Nigeria is not bigger than Europe. Russia which is an European country is the largest Country in the World. |
Autos › Re: Can A 40kva Generator Power Nine 3hp Air Conditioners? by Bonn01(op): 3:42pm On Jan 13, 2021 |
Polaris1: Some Notes for Sizing Generators
Too small a generator will cause voltage fluctuations and damage to the generator or equipment windings. Too large a generator will cause engine to glaze and carbon up, due to engine loading.
Rule of Thumb One horse power (1 hp) equals 0.75 kilowatt i.e. 20hp x 0.75 = 15kW
Warm generator up before applying load
Always engage load from largest to smallest Have an electrician balance the load across all phases for single phase loads
When AC is operating, after start, requirement will be 1kva for 1hp i.e. 20hp – 20kva used when running.
Size the generator to run between 60-80% full load rating of generator
Amps available on a generator per phase = kva x 1.39. i.e. 20kva = 28amps/phase over 3 phases.
Back to your enquiry 40 Kva is good.
But are you sure you wouldn't be powering other equipment (lights, computers, laser printers, copiers. TVs, water pumps etc.) in addition to the A/Cs? If so. Please consider the envisaged added load in purchasing a Gen. You might just be needing 60Kva. (Remember to perform required regular maintenance on your generator) Thanks for this detailed information. I'm really grateful. I think we would go for 60KVA because of other machines. Once again thank you |

rhames: It will still serve the purpose and more space for two other heavy equipment. My reason is the Airconditioners are no longer the heavy light consumers they were some decades ago. It will still take three more Airconditioners.
For clarification which of the 3hp are you talking about? Is it the normal one or the three tonnes? The normal one |

Hunry: spo.rty bet is a very useless platform.
scammers especially all those fixed match scammers use the website alot.
you can input anybody's card details and withdraw to a different account name.
on other bet sites, you can only withdraw to same account info on your profile.
someone close to you used your card
spo.rty bet are the only ones that can tell you the receiver info, sue them and paystack I think I would do this |

Some few months back, I wrote about how about 97,000naira disappeared from my First bank account This is the link to the thread: https://www.nairaland.com/5709034/first-bank-deducted-97000-account#5709034.6so today I will be giving details on what happened. Yes, A total of 97,000naira did disappear from my first bank account without receiving any alert or even a satetoken. I wouldn't have known if I didn't attempt to recharge that morning and when I discovered I quickly rushed down to the branch where I opened my account to lodge a complaint. The customer agent I met told me that my debit card has been used for online transactions on an international website and a lien has placed on my account pending the time the merchant bank would claim the said amount in fact I saw that the 97k was still in my ledger account. After 3 days, the 97k finally left my ledger account and I received alerts. surprisingly the transaction was happened through paystack_sporty(note i don't even gamble). I immediately went to the bank to lodge another complaint and I was given a cashback form which I filled all the details of the transactions and after about 2 weeks I received a mail from the bank informing that they have commenced investigation and they will conclude the investigation before 11 of August 2020 which is about 3 months after I received the mail. So finally I got a mail 2weeks ago that the case has been resolved and closed. Ladies and Gentlemen the the case was closed without the bank telling me what happened and all thanks to First bank I am indebted to some people. so I have decided to reveal some of the lessons i learnt from what happened to me 1) Our monies are not safe at home and they are not safe at the bank especially when you have debit cards. 2) Change your Atm pin at least once in two months. 3) check your balance frequently. 4) The fact that paystack do not send alerts immediately after transactions have been carried out is a loophole and hackers and fraudsters are using it to perpetrate their evil acts. 5) The fact that when carrying out some transactions, banks do not send safe tokens shows that our monies are not safe with them. 6) There are fraudsters among financial institution workers. |

Agriculture › Plan To Attend This Life Changing Training by Bonn01(op): 12:20pm On Mar 08, 2020 |
The Nigerian agric sector is opening up like never seen before to yield massive mouthwatering investment opportunities, but a lot of people do not realise this. Population explosion & rising purchasing power feeding into an increasing demand for food and varied diets are rapidly shaping the sector to become the next goldmine. And it helps that favourable policies and environment are pushing the sector to lead the African agriculture projected as billion-dollars sector in the nearest future.

Some people abreast with these dynamics are already cashing out big, playing in the industry. So many others, also, with similar realisation have struggled to break even & have left business. 1030: This transaction was done through international web site and the seller hope to have value on or before 28th.
Go back to firstbank and ask for Head Branch Services, you will be advise to fill form to recall the transaction but ensure you fill 4 different forms since is not a single transaction, once this is done the bank will cancel the transaction and the lien placed on your account will be release to enable you have access to your money.
Please note that the ATM PIN on your card has been compromised, you will need to change the PIN immediately but don't change the physical card for now because the reversal will still pass through the PAN details.
You can as well call First bank customer care on 014485500 or send a mail to firstcontact@firstbanknigeria.com.
Wishing you the best.
Thank you Thank you for your response. I'm just baffle how someone initiated a transaction and I didn't get a token to confirm if I was the one initiating the transaction. I have filled the form. |

Forgive me if I make some errors while typing, I'm currently in distress.
Yesterday someone sent a sum of money to my account and I went to make a withdrawal afterwards. After the above transactions , I checked the first bank mobile app and my balance was still intact. I woke up this morning and noticed my data has finished and immediately I tried recharging only to get the insufficient funds message. I was surprised and I quickly checked the mobile app and requested for a mini statement and to my greatest surprise, 97600 naira disappeared from my account and there was no alert or any transaction that reflected the removal of the 97600 from my account and all that was left in my account was just 166 naira. I quickly rushed to the bank to lodge a complaint. The customer care representative told me someone initiated 4 transactions of 50,000 , 20,000 twice , 5000 and 1000 that were pending. I told him I didn't initiate any of those transactions. He told me that If the transactions are successful which he prayed won't be, I have to come back to lodge complaint and if not I have to wait till march 28th before my account will be credited with the said amount.
what can I do? because I need the money next week |

Business › Re: Investors Corner: Commercial Farming Ideas by Bonn01: 2:15pm On Nov 18, 2019 |
Pistotita: Let us grow the Economy I build businesses; therefore, I talk to many people everyday. On this thread, I will discuss only ideas. Among the topics I am going to write about are: cash crops, fruits, aquatic businesses, poultry, piggery, herbs, spicies, grains, tubers, and even vegetables.
I understand how things work in advance countries and I have dined and wined with poor farmers in Nigerian bushes. I have worked in many parts of the country; therefore I can tell you what works and what does not. One of my strengths is my experience working in Europe with one of the big fours in the area of Business Development and Strategy. So, I know the value chain from the farm in Borno/Sokoto/Enugu/Ogbomosho/Ilaro etc to the final consumer. For example, I can tell you about cocoa to chocolate, and advise you where to enter and exit in the chain. I can tell you how kids in African nations suffer in the sun to produce cocoa beans, and how they end up destroying Swiss kids teeth. lol.
Do not be deceived with the show-off of our politicians and royal heads in Nigeria. Ondo State governor is hailed here and there for providing cocoa seedlings. lol. Even the Ooni of Ife is not left out. My question is that: "Is it seedlings we go chop?" Do they follow up with the farmers who they donated the seedlings to? If Chief Awolowo did it the way they are doing it, we will not see the evidences. We saw harvests fron Obafemi Awolowo's agricultural exploits. But these ones are just playing on our intelliegence.
While their counterpart in Anambra showed us finished goods, they continue giving us seedlings. I appreciate the Eagle company cattle, but I am scared of cancer. That cow shown is so scary. It looks like it's been fed with ho.rmones. This is the problem we always encounter, and the biggest opportunity for cancer people to get into business, they do not slack. Trust me, these biotechnology people kill more than Fulani. We will start having cattle feeding on antibiotics, in.jected with different kinds of ster.iods, feeding them with horm.ones and deadly vitamins, etc. I am really scared. I have peace of mind eating Fulani meat than poultry meat and eggs.
Who are my audience? If you are in diaspora, this thread is for you. If you are interested in locking your money in the Agricultural sector, I am here to show you the risks you must carry. Follow me as I show you the prons and cons of most businesses I have written business and marketing plans on. I know about them in details. Small farmers and hu.stlers can just follow, but I beg you not to interject with "how can a common man start this?" There are extraordinary men among the common. If you do not see yourself climbing the ladder of success, hmmm.... please, take back seat.
What should I do? Cassava, cocoyam, cocoa, rubber, oil palm? What exactly? Should I invest in a massive fish business, or should I start a ranch business in the country? Let me ask you this question: Since how many years has Wor.ld Bank started promoting, funding, and assisting with starch production from cassava in West Africa? Is it not the same subsistence farmers that are still into garri production? Where are the so called Vitamin A cassava stems? Hehehehe! You better not listen to the W.orld Bank, IMF, and their mouth pieces so you do not regret it.
Farming is extremely tough in Nigeria, but if you can solve the challenges involved in the area you want to dive into, I assure you that 10 generations from you will pray for you. They will all pay homage to your final resting place. So, do you know the hurdles ahead you must jump over?
Feel free to write me on: pistotita19@gmail.com Sir there was a time you mentioned the fact that Belgium has no cocoa farm. please can I get an article or statistic to back that up |
