Nobody has access to what list?? Was it the list that compiled themselves or the marines in the sea that compiled the list the first place? It's either ur source is not willing to stand as ur connect or not saying the truth... This is Nigeria and the "human factor" must come in. We must understand that these agencies will create mechanism to give the recruitment process a legal outlook but in reality, many with good money and godfathers will still have their way. I think they just use the majority jobless youths to give the job a "legal outlook", so that last last they will say screening and interview were conducted but in reality, they already have those they want to give the job.
