TONYE001: Ouch! I can feel the stab, The blade of them knife tearing through my heart. Blood dribbling, dripping on our flag, Tears pouring, 'cause I'm crying for my land.
I'm asking, what did we do to deserve this? Tell me if our lives are now cheap, They killing us at home, and killing us in yankee While our leaders are eating fat and looting.
Is the African giant now fatherless? Is Africa's strongest now the weakest? Are the lives of my brothers now the cheapest - That all them buyers go for it in the market?
Build our home! Is this too much to ask for? We put you on the throne, can kick you out if you fail us I'm crying, pain flowing down my spine My brothers are dying, while all you do is take wine
Nigerians, wake up! Let's come together - And chase these thieves in Aso out of power Brothers, rise up! Together we can conquer For in the hands of the people is the power.
For every legit Nigerian in the diaspora subjected to unjust treatment.

What of that? Still not the same thing? Mexicans are in a world of their own my brother. They don't need us. Those guys take crime's bull by the horns; drugs, prostitution, etc. It's not that Nigerians don't mingle with other nationalities to commit crime sometimes oo, but not solely for car export. |

fergie001: Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir has appealed to students of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, to consider the tragedy that affected the institution at the Gubi Campus in which lives were lost as an act of God.
Abdulkadir said this when he received officials of the National Union of Bauchi State Students who paid him a courtesy call at the Government House, Bauchi, and requested him to immediately reconstruct the collapsed bridge which killed four students.
Represented by the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Alhaji Abubakar Yakubu Sulaiman, Abdulkadir assured them of government’s action.
While sympathising with the management of the university over the incident, Gov. Abdulkadir prayed for the repose of the souls of the victims.
National President of NUBASS, Ibrahim Hashimu Abdullahi, appealed for the provision of health facilities and construction of boreholes in the university in order to alleviate the suffering of the students.
The Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Muhammed Ahmad Abdulazeez, said so far, three students were confirmed dead and that “no student is missing.”
He spoke yesterday when he received Governor Abdulkadir’s representative, who paid a sympathy visit to the institution. He said the university management had constituted a high powered committee to work out modalities towards averting recurrence of such incident.

stinggy: What that guy said is the truth. His demand for very high royalties has killed many budding companies in that town. If you're in doubt, try and purchase land in Oyo for industrial purpose and see how much you'll be billed. Failure to pay up will lead to the destruction of all you've laboured for. I have plenty people who have suffered this fate. Makes sense to me now. |
