Verve card is an african card and can't be used for transactions beyond africa. Use Master or Visa card.

It can be paid in either currency.

The key factor is that you're using a card that is capable of paying that sum of money, so a Pounds card or Dollar card will work. I presume an Euro one would, too.

The fees are quoted in Pounds but If you use a dollar denominated card, the equivalent dollar amount will be deducted from the card.
