ADVICE NEEDED, I wish I can run this on a separate thread but it is what it is.

I started building this house on the first land I got, a gated estate in a serene environment but electricity is bad (once in a month kinda light) and the road leading to the estate too is not quite good though the neighborhood is the most populous area in the state capital.

The Goal deep down was to build the biggest in the area so it was a duplex with around 10rooms (2 living rooms, office, library, gym, and laundry room inclusive) 8 toilet/bathrooms, kitchen, and store. And by God's grace, we were able to do everything including plastering, wiring, plumbing, burglary, and window with the main doors fixed, and we were left with normal interior and exterior finishing. That was when my eyes cleared!!! I became wiser and I already have like 2 other lands in better estates with better electricity.

The house became too big and my taste changed to something smaller and simpler, my mind already moved out of the environment due to the electricity ish and how populous the area is (the house is noticeable from all angles and it stands out while I am just a single young guy).

That was how I abandoned the project in 2020 till I make up my mind.

I went there today and my mind broke, the property and the works we've done are wasting away, and my money is wasting away.

I need your advice, should I complete the house (which will gulp 20M + in this tough economy, money I can use to do better business) and rely on Generator and Solar for the rest of my life?

Or I should sell it and use the money to build something smaller and simpler.

Our local platforms continue to be big letdown.

Why must it be a Customer that will call them and tell them the Platform is not working?

Below is message from Chaka today. How can one rely on platforms like this, especially those of us that want to do day trading, it is nearly impossible. I am short of words.

These APPS need to understand that people ready to deposit more money in their accounts, but with epileptic service delivery I sat shame on these platforms. We are lookibg to the time FUTU, Robinhood etc will have a Nigeria Partner.

My ordinary charting platform (definitely abroad), was down for few hour over the weekend (1st since I have been using them for about 2 years), the issue was resolved in just some few hours. This is how service should be!!!

Our Nigerian APP need to learn that this business is a viable one, the money is here (recently say advert that a bitcoin APP has been given some dollars again). These trading platforms should just sell themselves to the likes of Fluterware, or all of the collapse to one company (I still believe all of them together will still be smaller than Passfolio) , maybe they will be able to do better then.
. As emphasized, the good thing is that our stocks are safe, once purchased as the final domiciliation is with DRIVEWEALTH.

You try sha, but those doors prices are outrageous. Why people still buying water heater, when they could make one time investment on solar water heater. No electric bill for life. Imagine buying 8pcs of water heater @50k each when you could get solar water heater for same capacity for 500k or little more and you set for 5 - 6 years before replacement if it necessary. Let think and invest wisely.

He kept on posting me and after a few weeks, I couldn’t reach him again. I went to his house and his family said he was dead and showed me obituary and death certificate. I reported the matter to the police

We all know how it ended, police collected over 200k from me to investigate the case and kept on trying to get more. Long and short, they told me the guy was truly dead and I should move on (obviously collected bribe from him to die the case)

I paid army and used soldiers to pick up the family members, they couldn’t pay, his family said they didn’t do any business with me but him, and he is truly dead. They kept on swearing

I used cult boys to pick up his brothers, still no positive result

The guy has obviously travelled out with my money

I got tired of wasting more funds on the case and moved on. We go jamb somewhere one day. Allah!

What me I am pointing out to you was when you said pumps only starts at 25k or 30k.....With so much certainty like you own the market and control it ....pumps can start at any price it wants , dumps can start at any price it wants too...nobody can 100% predict the exact day and price..market will do what it will do...

Even the best crypto experts in the world will still use the word "DYOR" meaning nothing is certain on the market , so their analysis could later turn out wrong on the long run...

But on this thread , some certain people do not want to believe they can be wrong in some certain predictions simply because they believe their trading strategy can never be wrong..that is my point.....and when you point out the flaws to them , instead of them to admit they were wrong , they would still find a way to justify themselves and claim they were not wrong, rather than accept they were wrong , they will push the blame to another thing , they will blame the war , or blame anything they can get hold of...

The one wey dey vex me pass na that deflower guy. Geovanni dey try, just that he got cocky and believed he had thr powers to control price movement. Reading his analysis was just too funny.
As for deflower, just watch, he will never come online until BTC plummets again, then you will see him predicting more downwards movement.
