We didn’t get here because of the refund. We got here because it’s hard to find a replacement for me and some think I deserved to be punished and made unhappy too.
Otherwise those whose quote are lower than mine are supposed to have easily fill in the gap without the need to pay additional extras on the project.
At least I was still selling block and cement 200 and 3,000 as at the date the contract was terminated.

It’s not village people. I knew most people here don’t like me to succeed. Even my client told me their names even before we begin the project and I knew it’s a thing of joy for them to see the project crumble.

On issue of prudency, pls sir can you mention one material, I didn’t buy on the project as at when due.

I bought 90% of reinforcement for the project during foundation stage. Chekitaut supplied 70% of the granite used on the project before we break ground. We produced all the blocks needed for the project before the end of May. We were even selling to other people later. I bought 90% of the formwork required for the project before we started the foundation.

What else should I have bought that I didn’t buy or supplied as at when needed?

Yes, a well designed Concrete tank stand will also come out beautiful and the space under the stand could be converted into anything (store house, Gen house) so far there’s a channel to redirect the spilled excess water from the stand top to the gutter.

What you could use the space under the concrete tank for is endless unlike a mental fabricated stand.

It all depends everybody’s preference too though

My welder quoted for a 40ft stand and the price sent shockwaves down my spine.

Please help look at the quote, I believe it can be achieved for less. And I know @michlins isn’t based in lagos, I would have contacted him for the job.

Why do builders prefer welder built tank stand compared to concrete ones like the one below?

Please, I need advice about a water tank stand. I have power showers in my house and the plumber suggested that I should make the stand 14ft because of pressure.

When I contacted my welder he said it will cost me 280k to get it done. The issue is I don't plan to spend that huge amount on a storex stand.

When I asked around, some people said I should use the normal height and use a pressure pump.

Please, what do you suggest I do to cut cost and still achieve enough pressure and water stand durability.

We spent more on concrete tank stand, I preferred the concrete (fully casted) for a storey building compared to the welder built one.

We are laughing over this matter because we haven't lost money to a vendor.

I see all these as 'simple fraud' that is not too different from what we already know. So its not worth wasting pages for.

The scammer list will work, I started reading the whole ish from like the previous 10 pages and I can sincerely feel Somehow.

Pain of willingly sending out your money for a project and still struggling hard to get value for the money sent and the vendor is not willingly to do the needful.

I am in such situation and I even created a thread for it, my own na even CAR, Car wey I pay for since 2020 ! Today is 2022 and it is all stories.

If only there is a way to warn other customers ahead! Other customers not to fall for the same mistakes I did.

I met a guy in his early 20 within the first quarter of this year, he was homeless so I took him in, clothed and fed him for days even without knowing anything about him. After about two weeks in my house, he ran away with my phone and cash.

2021 will be ending soon and the only regret I have is the Car I paid for in 2020 but till date, I am yet to receive the car, been story upon story upon story.

Everybody loves to make a quick buck on their investments but these are not investments, they are MMM-type of Money-doublers.

Go on Telegram, you will see thousands of people defrauded by this Schemes, including those that claim to be Digital Agriculture based.
