Hello Family,

I came across this post on Instagram from this real estate firm asking for investors.

The question is, is it possible to earn 1.14m yearly on a 2M investmenthuhhuh?

I have a feeling this would end badly

Very true

Real builders don't have the time for long epistle and posting multiple pictures.
I met one of the best and honest engineers on this forum and he worked for me, lol! Dude is not active online at all!!! He will hardly even post his works online.

I had to take these pictures from his Instagram page.

E dey pain me sha, because most of the things e do experiment on his sites are things worth “publicizing” but man will hardly post about it because he’s too busy to come online and post epistles on his works.

May God keep blessing every hardworking professionals.

I don't have pictures but yes. Two or more gates in one compound. Two gates at the main entrance, other exit points will have gates.

Over here,we build to make a statement. The first gate will give you a peek into the compound but the other one will provide the needed privacy
The compound must be big then and not the usual 300sqm or 600sqm we build on

Now, I know you are an imposter.

The best hospital in Nigeria is in Abeokuta.

https://hospitals.webometrics.info/en/africa/nigeria

Radisson blue hotel is 1 star, right? grin

How can a golf course that just hosted the Airfirst golf Championship not be functioning? shocked grin

https://guardian.ng/sport/abeokuta-golf-club-ready-for-airfirst-golf-championship/

How can you know Abeokuta mall is located in Abeokuta city center? grin

Stop lying. You don’t know Abeokuta. Besides, I said Ogun State is more developed than Anambra State. Stop trying to twist my word.
You said Top hospitals and not hospital and yes The psychiatric hospital is in Abeokuta, you’re right on that.

Park inn radisson is not a 5 star bro, though e make sense because I’ve dined in there severally and I’ve even had meals by the pool side.

Bro, with all these, you should know I know ABK

And stop singling things out to show ABK is developed! How is the development GENERALLY?? You can’t use the single private organization/government GRAs or organization to show that a state is developed, what’s the general development like? Are the people willing to leave their old houses to build newer one?

I stopped taking him serious when he mentioned the things available in Abeokuta, he said too hospitals when the only top hospital we have is FMC and people even get referred to UCH ibadan.

He said 5 stars, OOPL and Conference qualified for 4stars.

He also mention polo and golf, I am not sure it’s really functional

He also said TUNNELS, Tunnel where? To where, in Abeokuta?

MALLS?? We do not have a single MALL in Abeokuta, we merely have supermarkets or if modu mall along eleweran will qualify as mall sha

Development has to do with the quality infrastructure provided in a city or state. Infrastructure is divided into two. Hard infrastructure which refers to road, railway, bridges, etc and soft infrastructures which refers to services to maintain the economic, health and social standards of a population.
Let start with hard infrastructures, Ogun State has more bridges, more tiled roads, more highways, railway system, tunnels etc than Anambra State. Moving to soft infrastructures. How many stadium, university, 5 star hotels, bridges, top hospitals, golf course, Polo course, international secondary schools, recreational centers, eateries, malls, do you have in Anambra State compared to Ogun State?

List all your have in Anambra State. cheesy grin

Are you telling me there are no good secondary schools, good universities, good health care centers, water management system, railway system, waste management systems, more than 10 housing estates, developed service economy, security, recreational centers, sports facilities, hospitality etc in Abeokuta?

Most of you are just ignorant about development hence you run here and talk about your billionaires.

Mr man, Ogun State has more billionaires than any state in Nigeria.
don’t school me about ogun state, I am from the purest line of Egba! I can drive every single streets in Abeokuta with my eyes closed.

Are you proud of how Abeokuta is? Are you proud of the roads??

Are you proud of the developmenthuh

Housing estates owned by government?? Do we have a private developed estate?

Railway? The only railway we have merely connected Lagos - ogun state- Ibadan

Which outdoor recreational centres dey Abeokuta apart from bars and restaurants?

Which sport facilities dey o??

Explain hospitality too, or you’re mistaking Olumo for hospitality

Early last year during lock down, a barrister finished building house in my area, a 3 storey building. Each night I noticed that around 2 Am a sound of mortar will be coming out from the building it will be hitting 3 times interval. I was shocked in the morning when I woke up. So I asked my mum if she's hearing any sound coming from that new building, she said that has being normal occurrence since they finished the building the house. I became curious and asked my neighbor who lives downstairs he told me that he does hear the sound around 2Pm. That first time he heard it he rose up and start praying lols. Due to my curiosity I asked one man and my friend leaving beside the new house to my greatest house they don't hear any sound. After sometimes the sound of mortar stopped. We have being living there for 15 years and it' was first time of hearing this sound.
I'm thinking that the house is not pure.

Ogun State is far more developed than Anambra. Facto
Brother stop arguing blindly, the government is not paying to defend what is not.

What is in Abeokuta apart from the few good roads?? Just mention the things we are proud of in Abeokuta apart from fly over and pedestrian bridge in panseke, dominos in Panseke, royal mandarin in Ibara and opic 10 storey building?? What else is in Abeokuta??

Abeokuta is a rural area and they’re all right, we are still clinching too hard on the Stone Age, 60% of the houses in Abeokuta were build in the 70s,80s and there’s no sign of any development ever taking place soon because there’s no planning to cover it.

30% of the houses were uner built, houses owned by civil servants, artisans who mostly build 3 bedroom bungalow, face me and slap you, uncompleted buildings which take years to finish and most can’t even afford to build such houses in the main city, they buy lands in the bush, far from civilization.

While the 10% live in estates owned by the government, the GRAs, people who are mostly OGAs in government parastatals.

So how are you comparing Abeokuta to a fully industrialised states?? These anambara and co have billionaires that do not rely on government and the average igbo man wanna build a house in his state!

While the successful yoruba man want to relocate from his state to lagos island before leaving the country finally, so who will develop the states in south west?

Your head must be paining you, if not you won't be making the post in bold.

How many checkpoints will you have to settle police and army between abuja and onitsha, with the long queues and unnecessary delays

How many thousand potholes will your vehicle dance through from Lagos to abuja, with the risk of replacing your ball joints, tie rods, shock absorbers and entire suspension on the road

The transport fare disparity is a planned event where the north, through official and non official means are illegally fighting the south for economic parity.

The south is being targeted with economic blockade and infrastructural neglect by the federal government and the same neglected south is blaming themselves. Onitsha ports Has been rendered redundant as they cannot allow it's use. Anambra new airport is being stopped, Enugu airport, Ibadan rails, Onne ports, Seme border, Lagos wharf are all being slowed down by the north for obvious reasons.

Sometimes you need to think before making some statements.
With these your points, shouldn’t things be more expensive in the north than the south?

You made mention of transport and bad road as the reasons why things are more expensive but you’ve forgotten that the NORTH get most of their materials from the south, lagos port and the distance between lagos and the North is over 15hrs.

You made mention of redundant onitsha port but the HAUSAs do not have ports too and they also rely on the south ports.

So, your points really do not show why HAUSAS makes their goods more affordable than the south since they all got it through “lagos port”

If I have this kind of money, I will just go to Ikorodu and buy maybe 5 hectares of land and build my own estate. I will be collecting my rent every year with no commission and agreement. Every morning i will be eating point and kill because that will be an investment of a life time.

N360,000,000 ($720,000) ....how many 2 story building can i build in Ikorodu please ?
400M can’t buy hectares and also build estate In ikorodu and it’s easier to multiply your wealth if you stay in buildings like this than you staying in ikorodu.

Staying in buildings like this means you will be neighbors with the 5% of the 5% of Nigerians, you get invited to their parties, hangout and you also tap in to opportunities.

Staying in buildings like this will ginger you to work harder because you tend to realize you’re still broke when you see neighbours building duplexes/mansion in the same neighborhood.

Guess who your kids get to grow up with? The shakers and makers of Nigeria! Your kids naturally network with their kids and they build a solid bond that would last them a lifetime, your kids will naturally be successful because of the kinda environment they grew up in.

You can also drive any car without feeling like you’re oppressing anybody, Gwagon? Range? Bentley? Na water.

Wetin you wan get from your ikorodu estatehuh Estate surrounded by hungry neighborhood?! You singlehandedly become everybody’s target and your kids will be indoor mostly because they can’t mingle with such kids and your kids will always grow with the “I am from ikorodu” mentality, ordinary buying Lexus 350 2015 and everybody in the whole local government would be looking at you like Dangote.

It’s expensive staying on the island, Asokoro and co but if you know what you’re doing and you have a solid company foundation, your location can be a launching pad for you

I visited in an estate in the UK that beats the flats in Ikoyi. It had lovely lush fields. Play grounds for kids, extensive green spaces and pastures and kerbs for pedestrians. I compared the beauty of this large estate with the famous banana Island, and banana Island seemed a joke. The rent was £550 a month for a 2 bedroom flat. The landlord put up the flat for sale at £100,000. Only to see poorly planed flats selling for as much as £250million because it's banana Island.

As elegant as these estates are abroad, the middle class can assess it. This is far from the case in Naija

The other criminal offence is the advent of service charge. Naija estates are now asking residents who have bought houses at already outrageous prices to pay service charge of up to 2 million for year. What's then the use of owning your own property.
Last paragraph is what I will never UNDERSTAND in Lagos island, I bought a property from you, paid in cash and I will still have to pay over 1M to you yearly for service charge?

Is this not the seller eating his cake and still having it?

Ikoyi and banana island for example, service charge is up to 3M and above

If I get you right, an Igbo man’s fault is that he does not use nepotism or man know man to create employment his brothers and siblings.
Me i no talk igbo o
I said northerners and southerners which encompasses both the Igbos and Yorubas.

I do not understand your question but HAUSAs do fight for their own to the core while we southerners love the “I want to be the only Successful one in my family” mentality.

If an hausa man decide to tell his brothers about a vacancy and another southerner in the same office decide to keep mum about such opportunity, is that nepotism?

An hausa man will see an opportunity and invite as many people as people, southerner will see such and keep such opportunity to himself, is that Nepotism?

An hausa man will go any length to offer help and assistance to anybody that can speak his language but a yoruba man will act like You speaking yoruba to him in an official gathering is yoh being rude, is that NEPOTISM??

A northerner was allegedly arrested in Saudi Arabia for drug and every influential northerners, governors stood up and pressured the government to release her while another Lady was detained in Ivory Coast and nobody from the south (except david) spoke for her, not the governors, not the influential people and not the people from her state spoke out, is that nepotism??

We still have a very long way to go if we do not start showing unconditional love to ourselves in the south

I believe you!

Things are cheap in the far north...a typical Arewa man would always consider 'his people before profit'.
Example, transport fare from Kastina(Horma bus) to Lagos currently is N6,000 where as from Abuja (Horma bus) to Onitsha is N10,500.

'Southerners' are 'wicked' to themselves!
Staying in the north opened my eyes to a lot of things, if southerners can be as half as kind as northerners, we would have gone far.

Pure water is still 100naira in Kano, Tfare within the city is between 30naira and above.

Education is totally free from nursery to secondary.

Hausa man become successful and his goal first is to make sure he transfer the success to his siblings either by getting them jobs in same company, ministry or establishing them in his line of business. Reason why we complain of segregation sey na HAUSA full most Ministries, igbo man no go share employment update give e people, yoruba man go wan sell Employment slot, hausa man go dey fight for e people.

Zero police and EFCC harassment here

Their is no need to sweat to much about it, the question is supply and demand. How many houses are they building there per year compared to southwest and southeast?
For a fuel attendant to be building his own house then you should know most of them do build here also, they all believe in having their own personal home due to the fact that they marry a lot, the standard is 4 wives and at least 15 children so most men tend to start building once they clock 20.
