I think ppl should quit trying to decide for others pls. You build in lekki they say you should have bought a hectare at agbarra and build 20 of the mansion. What if the person buying a Gwagon can really acquire 50 toyota corolla and start an e -hailing company that will give him returns that can buy the Gwagon yearly, if someone pointed him towards that idea, is it bad?

Even though we get to make our final choice, we should always try to hear people opinions and filter out thr grains from the waste.

The HIGH RISE building man Might have a logical reason for it and the build could have also been out of ignorance which he might come to realize how wasteful the roof is later.

Two sides to a coin, before you pick a side, make findings on both sides and logically pick the side you're comfortable with.

Whatever you do, pls don’t send good money after bad. Hold on to your cash and see how the case plays out. Deal with whatever comes then. The reason I asked question 1 above is to understand why you cannot request a refund on a defective land. Guess you have your reasons.

1)We got the land from a private individual or got it from a registered company (will not want to mention the company due to privacy), and sincerely when doing our findings, the CofO is legit with the survey. The private individual claimed he's not aware and we asking for refund has been a tough war (Money problem wahala)

2) based on the issue on ground, we discovered that the whole area (some already built on it with several estates) is under litigation, government collected the whole area in the 90s and the area became a prime location for politicians and the rest, we got like 7 plots there.
