How do you people pay school fees without form A? School fees is around 17k pounds

With Form A is 16M and without is is 24m.

I have driven 4cyl cars and they can give you the illusion that they are fast till you actually need them to be fast.

This thing you call just that is what makes all the difference in the world between a V6 and a 4cyl. When you need that power for brisk and fast acceleration, V6 will never fail you.

And it's not true that you won't really feel the difference. The difference is night and day.

Drive a V6 sedan with at least 300hp and you'll want to burn your car

Like I said, unless you are someone who needs the "SPEED", a 4cylinder will serve you well enough.

I've owned a V6 vehicle and I currently drive a 4 cylinder. I do not miss the V6.

Just saying that a V4 is also as "powerful". People tends to talk down on V4 like the power is like that of kekenapep or a motorcycle.

Unless you are a heavy driver who carries loads and the rest, you won't really feel the difference between a V4 and a V6.

A Good V4 or I4 car will equally maintain the same speed as a V6 just that a V6 might pick up speeds some seconds faster. And yes, it's just some seconds.

Thank you everybody. It has been solved. A repair was done on the car by Agbede on the steering socket (it's been stuck) so they kinda lubricated it till it could unscrew and the light went off immediately after.

I took it for alignment at a proper place with Computer and that's when the person told me that that's where the problem is from.

I used to hear a clamping sound from my steering wheel, so I went to repair it yesterday and the sound\noise went off. But on my way from the place on the express, the VSC light came on, I've never seen the light popped up before this day.

The light only pop up whenever I am on option. The car was scanned and a PO136 code came on.

What could be the cause?


NB: The last time I serviced the car, I merely changed the engine oil only.

The right thing to do is to engage a town planner to get the layout designs; drainage system, power/telecommunication lines, road networks, subdivision of plots etc. when that is done get a chartered architect to design the buildings.

NB: the planner must work with a survey plan. so the chain is more like from surveyor to planner then to architect.

For a 20plots? The layout, drainage system and co? 20 plots means the designs would contain how 20 people would comfortably behind their homes in a well designed estate.

The Estate Surveyor generally cover the administrative and business side of having an estate.
The architect designs the buildings and supporting infrastructure. The architect is also meant to supervise the civil/building engr. to ensure they don't deviate from the initial design

One question: Are you building to make a statement ?

There is a very good reason why people copy existing designs. Ship designs have not changed since the 1940s.
The popular mantra is: If it isn't broken, then don't fix it (unless one has deep pockets)

Building different-styled layout means you want something totally new to the locality. Getting the design is easy but during construction you might need to import ALL the workers for the job. Using local workers means they will use your project as their classroom, meaning costly mistakes.

Also you gave the impression of being new to building construction.
Building Estates are quite expensive ooo.

Thank you for you question, building for business. I won't be the one building the houses on the estate. I will probably own like at most 6 plots only while the rest would be sold out to interested residential builders.

The designs would just be covering the Layouts of where the roads, drainage, fence and co would be.

If I have such amount I will use it to purchase shares from a blue chip or fortune 500 company and be given a HB1 visa or a special kind of visa given to foreign investors. From there you can go there anytime you want without the embarrassment of being called a bloody Nigerian. And you convert 10m to dollars and you will see you are gonna be a highly rated investor. Like 10k to 12k dollars worth. Over there you know it is a lot of money.

Migrating overseas is expensive except you want to do your postgraduate studies. You have to look at cost of living. Don't just come here asking people who may not have a full/detailed idea of how cost of living is in some countries.

Malta or Luxembourg is okay for that amount but if you want to quickly be a millionaire in dollars, buy shares from amazon, Facebook, Google or Apple Inc.

I was supposed to go sign an MOU, but everything looked shady. They had a sent a list of what we need to drop in financial terms before the project can be signed off.

The installer might have bought fake batteries for the setup. The most unreliable part of any solar setup is the battery. Once you don't get high quality deep cycle lead acid battery, just forget it, you won't enjoy the solar . That'xs why people are now going for lithium batteries,those once are more reliable

I think another factor is also that the electricity is non-existent in our side so my neighbor rely fully on the solar system for the day to day running of the house which includes the regular house appliances.

I think one of the advise I got from today's contribution is that instead of budgeting those millions for Solar System, why not kuku build the house in an area where stable electricity is guaranteed? May God help us jare.

I go to my abandoned duplex almost every month and the motivation to complete the fittings is not just there since the electricity in the estate is bad and that's also why I asked Twinskenny to give me some sort of pricee range on what that his last project cost.
