enshi: Am based in lagos but currently am in anambra state His call is upon you and just as other Christians in this thread advised, give your life to Christ totally and luckily, He has shown you a place to worship. Its time you win souls for God. Another thing, be careful who advises you or even lay hands on you. I'm a Redeemed member and I'm also from Anambra State, though based in PH. What part of Anambra are you? If it's in Awka, I can recommend a parish for you. God bless you real good as you hearken to His call |

My dear, believe it or not this is a spiritual case and you need deliverance. Please look for a spirit filled church and see the pastor for deliverance and counselling. Remember, we also have fake pastors so be careful. If you know of none, send me a PM. |

JackBizzle: You are a heartless person who would walk over a person's body to worship God.
Look at Nigeria- with all our "God's generals" why are we still corrupt?
It is because people like you and the RCCG have become pharisees and hypocrites- claiming to be worshipping God but yet, do not care about your fellow man. *lips sealed* not because I have nothing to say but because am too neat to fight dirty with you when I know you're used to it. Don't quote or mention me again |

Bunch of fools. Nice to know you have nothing but a myopic mind. If you read "God's general" you'll be happy we have God's generals in our generation. |

JackBizzle: Really? If the Govt throws a 2 billion naira fine at RCCG, what then?
Jokes aside, the church has to show compassion. They should do some logistics.
-they could move it to saturday mornings so that people get there without causing that much traffic.
The government should also look into it Its a vigil. Even if they say its a Saturday morning meeting, the road will still be blocked on Friday cos of travelers that will want to be in camp on Friday against the Saturday meeting and even that Saturday will also be blocked. For me, it shows how people long for God. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Redemption Camp; A Great Example Of Nigerian Hypocrisy In Religion by BossLadyF(f): 10:24am On Nov 05, 2016 |
Truth is you can't stop people from worshipping God. Every Holy Ghost conference, people come in from other states and even politicians go for it. They know what they want.
I think the govt should create alternative routes or is there any? RCCG has populations and you can't stop people from trooping in and considering the location, it won't be easy. |

Genesis2000: Yes, i liked your comment. Hmmm i believe that's exactly the problem. I don't think he is comfortable with his family church, we have had such experiences at one Time and the other. Believe me there were no smoke without a fire. He should look for one church that his spirit accepted, and joined them. He will be good to go. And besides some of the massages you hears today is nothing to write home about. I knows what am saying.
There is a church that boy will go today believe me he will not like to leave them.
Am also afraid he has already joined nairaland, he might end up becoming an atheist. Nobody actually knows why his father is making it mandatory for him, since he is also a member of this forum.
All these atheist you sees today have one time and the other goes to church before, being a member of one Christians family and the others, that why they were very good in quoting scriptures. I pray he sees all these and hearken to it. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Pls Help, I Can't Stop Going To Church!!! by BossLadyF(f): 11:58am On Oct 31, 2016 |
I think the problem you're facing is your church. Why not try to join a department and see if you will love it but again, Maybe you ain't comfortable with your church. The best thing to do is look for a church that you're comfortable with but a spirit filled church. Personally, I was going to a church that my mum used to force us to attend and if my dance department doesn't minister that Sunday, I'll just be sleeping in church. The word wasn't getting to me and when I gained admission, all through my 100lvl I didn't go to church even on holiday, I started giving excuses then I told my parents that salvation is personal. I had to locate my own church and got engaged in a department and now I see fellowship as my lifestyle not a routine because David said "I was glad when THEY said, let US go into the house of the Lord.
Just read the scriptures the others have commented |

In vessel unto honour, he was just advising his children and its left for his children to accept the advice or not. A virtuous wife should know how to pray for her home.
To the haters, I was in redemption camp when Daddy G.O. said that and it wasn't like him being afraid of social media. He only asked that when quoting him, do it well so that the layman can understand. |

Peacefullove: so according to you and your so called pastor , the widow that throw little coins into the temple box during the days of Jesus will reap little ? I want you to respond to this.
I pity una .
that verse isn't differentiating currency, his explanation make it seem like the poor ones who offer little will be overlooked by God while the rich will be blessed by God for sowing in dollars which the poor fellow can't afford . That is all she had. Imagine you have 10k and want to sow just #50 |

What you should ask for is understanding. He was using currencies as an example. Just as saying you're sowing orange and expecting apple as your harvest.
Truth is that no matter how we explain it, even if Jesus comes down and explain, some persons will still see faults in it |
