If they'd requested your passport while you sent them , wait for your CoS success . But note there is difference between you sent them without request and being requested by your employer .

You may be mixing things up , is either your employer still waiting for their CoS application or not serious giving you CoS because they must request your passport . Last document they requested from me was my passport , though I'm still waiting too.

Don't expect much from them as long as they could take you to your final destination safely. Those days it was sold for 80k London return ...lol ...Molue as we call it but I've never fly with them .

How was your PTE test result , did you take extra practice for it or just went for it without practice test ?

I think Care Assistant/Support worker is a band 2 job and most employers are not ready to sponsor people from abroad for that role . Only few of them are willing to take foreign workers for that role reason why they're making things tough to fit at least band 3 compliance .
